Our villa booking was upgraded to a three-bedroom, three-story unit with a private hot spring garden, which was incredibly spacious. It's perfect for families with kids and is conveniently close to the Dreamland Park by car. Our butler, Lucien, contacted me a day in advance and was incredibly responsive throughout our three-day stay, always attending to our requests promptly. Service was top-notch, and the staff who cleaned the rooms and private hot spring were very thorough. The shuttle service ran frequently, so getting around was easy without long waits. The included hot spring area has a pool with a slide and a small sandy beach, great for kids to burn off energy. It's also very close to the main plaza, making dining and shopping at 7-Eleven super convenient. Aside from the slightly dated facilities, it offers excellent value for money.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. A plus for free boat shuttle service to the hotel. The breakfast is simple but tasty. It also located at the spot with the best night view. The hotel staff especially, 李小姐 is very patient and helpful when attending to our queries. She has helped us to arrange for private transport from Nan Xun to Hangzhou at a reasonable price. Thanks Ting Jian for everything provided to us during our stay. Will recommend to friends

After several years, I returned to Wangjiang Hotel, this time staying in Building 6. The room facilities were much newer than those in the old building I stayed in before. Robots delivered various items, and the lounge on the first floor was spacious and elegant. The bedding in the room was very comfortable, and they even had buckwheat pillows that were 100% buckwheat. Mosquito repellent and various small amenities were all readily available. There's a sign on Nanshan Road, so during Nanshan Road's busy hours, you can enter there. Just show your room card, and the guard will call a shuttle for you, which is very convenient. When leaving by taxi, you can call it directly to your building. For check-out, if there are no extra charges, you can just hand your room card to the front desk of your building, which is very quick. The breakfast and the vinegar fish weren't as good as those at Liu Village Hotel. I also remember that on previous stays, there used to be a goodnight dessert and mouthwash among the toiletries, but these are no longer provided.

I originally planned to book a Marriott or Hilton, but switched to Nanhu Hotel instead. It turns out that was a very wise decision. The hotel's location is superb, perfect for a run or a stroll. You really can't beat it. The design is also very nice; the rooms have a beautiful, spacious Chinese style. The air conditioning heats up incredibly fast, and the view of the pagoda outside is lovely. Someone pouring coffee at breakfast was a nice touch, showing they're moving towards international 5-star standards. However, the lamb noodles, which everyone raves about for breakfast, were just average for me personally. Also, I really liked the red boat-themed ceramic cups in the room and bought some from the hotel. The front desk helped me inquire, and two staff members from housekeeping went back and forth several times during the process – I really appreciate your trouble, thank you 🙏🏻. If I had to point out areas for improvement, the dinner at the hotel was good value and the taste was decent, but the service was a bit slow. The air conditioning made a slight noise at night, and there was a faint renovation smell in the room. But for people who aren't sensitive to these things, it should be fine.

Facilities: Comprehensive Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Excellent Service: Superb Quzhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province. We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!

Staying at Greentown Blue Bay Building 2 this time, which is in the same building as the Sheraton. I was stunned as soon as I swiped my room card and walked in! The lake outside the balcony was an unbelievable shade of blue, like a glowing sapphire. The sunlight sparkled on the water's surface. Sitting on the balcony, lost in thought, watching the layered distant mountains, time seemed to slow down. You absolutely must come on a sunny day; the photos are stunning straight out of the camera, no editing needed!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The TV had a lot of very interesting shows including English language movies and movies with subtitles. The bar in the lobby is also very nice, the bartender makes very good MaiTais. Definitely recommend!

Excellent stay! Alice was very welcoming and the check-in experience was great. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding comfortable, and the cleanliness details were spot on. The location is superb, making getting around very convenient. Highly recommended!

A fantastic stay. The hotel feels very new. Upon entering, we were immediately charmed by the welcoming staff at the entrance and the stunning, tastefully designed water features. Our spacious room featured a practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom and boasted an excellent view. The sofa and coffee table were thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable area perfect for working, reading, or simply relaxing and chatting. Breakfast offered a wide selection and excellent quality. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Cixi.

This garden-style hotel, sharing a piece of West Lake, truly boasts beautiful scenery! Peach blossoms bloom, willows sway, and magnolias are in full glory, though it's a shame the one by the lake has already started to fade. There are also many newly opened crabapple flowers. The hotel management is very strict; outsiders are not allowed in, which means you can quietly capture the beauty of West Lake without anyone suddenly intruding into your shot. This creates a stark contrast to the bustling crowds shoulder-to-shoulder on the Su Causeway opposite. All the hotel staff are handsome young men, and their service is incredibly attentive, making you feel truly welcomed. However, this so-called excellent service seems to be built upon money, which is understandable – no one is nice to you for no reason. On the first day, when we took a Didi from the airport to the hotel, the gatekeeper stopped us, making a gesture that was extremely impolite to the driver, who was very annoyed. But on the second day, when we returned in a Mercedes luxury car from outside, the gatekeeper didn't stop us, and we drove in unhindered. When we went to retrieve our luggage at noon, we decided to eat at the Ziwei restaurant. Despite there being available tables inside, they made us wait outside for nearly an hour. We would still have been waiting foolishly if a couple hadn't suddenly arrived and been immediately ushered in by the waiter. Seeing my furious questioning, the supervisor of the waitstaff quickly apologized, offered a jug of orange juice, and then gave us a box of Longjing tea when we checked out. Of course, it wasn't good tea; it was old, stale tea that I later threw away. Originally, out of respect for that supervisor, I shouldn't be complaining about these things. Regardless, the supervisor's attitude was good, and I should have forgiven them, but I still can't help but complain that the service here is entirely based on who you are. The West Lake State Guest House, with such a unique location and such a beautiful garden-style hotel steeped in historical significance, has unfortunately fostered a group of snobbish service staff.
