Overall, a pretty satisfying stay. It's an older hotel from 2014, so you can definitely see signs of age. The maintenance of facilities and equipment could be better, especially the shower in the room and the changing rooms in the fitness center. The hygiene is good, but there's still room for improvement. The environment is excellent, and the location is fantastic; you can walk to the Tianjin Eye, and the views are first-class. But the best part was the service! Both the check-in and check-out experiences at the front desk were impressive. The front desk staff and even the manager greeted us, and they gave a small cake to our child. I especially want to commend Alice Zhang from the fitness center; both times I encountered her, she provided wonderful service – it felt truly refreshing! The hotel offers great value for money, and the price is affordable. However, I genuinely hope they can effectively maintain the facilities and equipment to match the outstanding service the hotel provides.

Traveling with kids always presents its challenges, but the front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded us to a connecting room. Plus, the hotel has robots that deliver food right to your room. These seemingly small gestures genuinely solved so many of our headaches. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a shopping mall nearby where the kids had a blast at the play area. In this cold winter, such warm service truly touches the heart.

Overall, everything was great, and the service was good. The front desk staff, Yang Jiawen, was very enthusiastic and helpful with my room inquiry. The only area for improvement not related to service is the parking garage exit; the ramp angle is too steep and scraped the bottom of my car.

I can only say this is probably the worst St. Regis hotel in the entire country. As a luxury brand of the former Starwood Group and now Marriott International, St. Regis has always been a top-tier luxury hotel brand at every stage. And top-tier luxury and sophistication are never just about piling up hardware facilities. The St. Regis Tianjin is indeed ”getting on in years”; opened in 2011, its hardware facilities and conditions have naturally lost their luster and are no longer in their prime. But do soft services also have a life cycle? The sanitary conditions are as shown in the pictures. There were still food residues on the chaise lounge in the room. The changing room in the gym, especially the shower area and toilets, had unbearable hygiene conditions. Since it's a public area, I didn't take photos. What's most surprising and unacceptable is the service. St. Regis is famous in the hotel industry for its butler service, and it claims to be a 24-hour butler service, offering basic tea and coffee for 24 hours. Moreover, guests staying in any room type at a St. Regis hotel are supposed to enjoy butler service. However, the butler service at The St. Regis Tianjin seems to have been 'castrated'. When my late-night takeaway arrived at the lobby, I was told the butler was off duty and no one could deliver it to my room. If there's a 24-hour butler service, then what does ”butler off duty” even mean? Why not emulate business express hotels or other ordinary luxury brands that are not as prestigious as St. Regis, and procure delivery robots? At least that would ensure the most basic service. In this digital network era, everyone uses WeChat to improve communication efficiency and make life and work more convenient. So, the butler service at The St. Regis Tianjin also only exists in WeChat chat boxes. If the service of a luxury hotel can be delivered by typing, then the entire industry probably needs to redefine 'butler service' and 'service'. The number of St. Regis hotels in mainland China is not large, but it's enough for horizontal comparison. The older St. Regis Beijing, the slightly newer ones in popular cities like St. Regis Shanghai and St. Regis Chengdu, and the even newer St. Regis Changsha – every St. Regis hotel at least lives up to the brand's reputation in terms of service. But The St. Regis Tianjin is truly hard to praise. From check-in, paying the deposit, settling the room fee, the in-stay experience, to checking the bill details at check-out, The St. Regis Tianjin could learn from hotels like Atour and even Hanting under Huazhu Group. My local friends in Tianjin say that the service at high-star hotels in Tianjin generally isn't great. There's also a popular jest online: ”The St. Regis/Four Seasons/Ritz-Carlton/etc. with the best value for money are all in Tianjin.” One cannot simply lower the quality of service proportionally just because the room rates are lower compared to the same brand in other cities, can they? I will definitely visit Tianjin again, but I will certainly not choose The St. Regis Tianjin again.

The hotel's aesthetic leans towards a dark, cool style, which, while striking, didn't feel particularly warm or inviting. It also seemed to mirror the demeanor of the staff. I wasn't really a fan. There was a distinct fragrance throughout the lobby, corridors, and even in the rooms. Perhaps a specially curated scent. I couldn't really decide if it was good or bad, but personally, I found it a bit cloying – not necessarily heavy, but definitely not fresh or invigorating. This, combined with the dark aesthetic, created a rather unsettling atmosphere that made me feel uneasy and want to hurry through. Really wasn't keen on it. The hanging lamps in the lobby were quite tasteful, as were some of the decorative pieces. However, the tassels on the lamps – I consistently perceived them as black, which I wasn't fond of. Later, I realized the tassels were actually dark blue. Yet, depending on the lighting and angle, they still appeared almost black. After this experience, I just wanted to go home and wear vibrant red for the next ten days or so to lift my spirits. Note: For your reference. While a change in the color palette might significantly help with FS [unclear what 'FS' refers to, possibly a specific aspect or metric], this is merely for consideration. Yesterday, I went to Tianjin Deyun Club to watch a show and decided to stay an extra day to explore. I randomly picked this hotel on Trip.com, and it was truly amazing! 👍🏻 I originally chose it out of curiosity for its round deep-soaking bathtub. Upon arrival at the front desk, they upgraded us to a river-view suite for free. The hotel genuinely makes excellent service a routine practice. They are observant of guests, their needs, and their work. From the moment I stepped out of the car and saw the doorman open the door, to the bellhop in the lobby, and then the receptionist during check-in, everyone greeted us with a genuine, natural smile. I was carrying a small bag, and they insisted on taking it for me. After checking in and going up to the room, I was absolutely stunned – it was incredibly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere I touched! Housekeeping had already turned down the bed, and the executive housekeeper even brought fruit and snacks. She also thoughtfully reminded me that the weather was dry and that I could call her anytime if I needed anything. So many small details, so many little things, I can't list them all. Even though I only stayed one day, I absolutely loved it here. Tianjin has many hotels of all sizes, price ranges, and styles, offering a lot of choices, but this place really impressed me from the moment I walked in! No detail is too small; it's about putting in the effort. The staff here not only accomplished this but did it exceptionally well! Highly recommend! Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at (Tianjin Railway Station) Lia! by minyou perennial tianjin located near Tianjin South Railway Station, and it provided a very comfortable experience despite being a bit away from the city center. The hotel gave a great first impression with its clean and well-maintained appearance. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Tianjin South Railway Station, making it easy to travel around by train or bus. Although getting to the city center takes some time, the quiet and peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spotless and modern, offering a comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. One feature that really stood out was the hotel’s automated delivery system. Using a robot to deliver food and other items to the room was incredibly convenient, and it also added a sense of security through its contactless service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with meal deliveries or arranging taxis. They were very professional, and communication was smooth, which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of fresh salads, bread, and egg dishes, all served in a relaxed and welcoming dining space. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful and quiet stay near Tianjin South Railway Station. The excellent staff service, modern conveniences, and comfortable rooms made for an enjoyable and satisfying visit. Special thanks to Nami for her exceptional service during my stay.

Hotel is very clean and just walk in to the sub way and high speed railway station. Hope to book the next time

There is Metro Line 9 and a bus station nearby. You can park for free if you drive. The bathroom is large and there are several elevators. There are plenty of parking spaces and a shopping mall behind. There is Qixian. You can eat seafood in a few minutes by car. It is half an hour's drive from Dongjiang Qinhai Park, which is very convenient. I will go there again next time.

Had a great stay. 15min walk from the train station. We did the horizon club option and it was definitely worth it. Freya was kind and helped us during our stay.
