Além de uma taxa diária de US$ 55, que nunca foi mencionada, eles retiveram meu cartão por US$ 200. Por dia, para comodidades ou taxas diárias, o valor total é de US$ 800. Eu não estava na propriedade para usar nada, a menos que fosse para dormir no meu quarto. Então, no check-out, me informaram que levaria de CINCO A DEZ DIAS ÚTEIS para liberarem meu depósito de US$ 800. Agora, eles estão com meu dinheiro há cinco dias e querem ficar com ele por mais CINCO A DEZ DIAS... QUEM FAZ ISSO???

I was given an old room that had 20coats of paint to mask the black mold . You could smell it . I checked in at 7:30pm, by midnight I had a sinus infection . I asked to change room at 6:30am. The receptionist put me in a different new building. It help but the black mold had done its damaged, I had sever sinus cold for 4 days with chills and now I’m dealing with a bad cough with chest pain.  When booking ask to be put in the newer building that has 5 floors. The staff is really nice sadly my stay was bad since I was given a room that should have been gutted instead of masking the mold behind the new paint.

Hotel and staff was excellent. However the walls are thin, you can hear everything. Please don’t clean at night while people are trying to sleep

Esta é UMA jóia EM 15 minutos a pé do centro de Nassau, a sala estava limpa e a pressão Da água estava forte, não havia penteados de casaco ou secador de cabelo Na minha sala, MAS eles encontraram aqueles para mim. Também não havia água potável fornecida no quarto, tive de obter água potável da cozinha que estava bem.Há um pequeno loja de alimento ao redor da estrada principal. Ouvi dizer que o proprietário está a colocar UMA piscina que seria bonita Durante OS meses mais quentes.

In a word, I had a comfortable time. The reception was very kind to try make arrangement about my request. There is no complain for my room except window(It was not cleaned enough). I was surprised that there is a microwave oven in yhe room. In addition, I think this hotel has many other strong points (for example, the location near beach, complimentary breakfast and so on)

A localização do hotel é boa, a 10 minutos do aeroporto, com praia e piscina privativas, etc. No entanto, como tudo em Nassau, não valeu o dinheiro gasto. As instalações não eram ótimas; por € 350 a diária, havia um pequeno bar na piscina com uma seleção limitada de bebidas e poucas espreguiçadeiras. Nosso quarto era bom, mas bastante pequeno e um pouco antiquado. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e prestativos, e há alguns bons restaurantes a uma caminhada de 5 a 10 minutos. Considerando os padrões de Nassau, é um lugar agradável, mas não espere uma boa relação custo-benefício ou luxo.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!) The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?! The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one. All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

The water supply on the second floor is extremely small, it is impossible to take a bath, and the Internet is unstable. Located on the south side of the island, about 40 minutes drive from the north city center. Car rental is required.
