No primeiro dia da nossa estadia no Hotel Shangri-La, quando fomos à recepção, a maioria do pessoal não falou inglês, mas uma senhora chamada Zoe Zhou nos ajudou inteiramente e foi extremamente amável e profissional. room was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about: 1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all 2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before. All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)

A best stay at this hotel. Highly recommend. Breakfast was great. Both western and chinese food were available. I will book it again.

一直想着要評價，現在才有時間，哈哈。對比於賽里木湖的景區營地民宿，這裏真的太好了！！！景區外辦入住，行李有車送進來，我們一邊玩一邊去民宿，然後帳篷空調給力，有獨立衞生間，還乾淨！裝飾格調也漂亮。服務人員服務態度好，還給免費滑沙板，旁邊就各種滑坡可以滑超級好玩，真的，你們一定要去試試。然後營地衹有泡麪和火鍋，雖然火鍋食材很一般……（下次讓外包的準備好點的食材）但是朋友們一起在一個帳篷裏吃，超級開心的，很有意思。所有的餐具都會準備好，衹要在營地坐等！推薦大家住這裏，性價比極高？

We checked in during the morning and the place was really lovely, super clean. For the same price point, this guesthouse's decor is truly excellent! Folks, this should be your top choice. Plus, there's a picking area in the yard with organic fruits, and we weighed some to eat on the road. There's a small restaurant across the street with food. We didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but the owner said it's a buffet. Their stir-fries are really good, made with their own vegetables – highly recommended!

Reception is very helpful and extremely welcoming.. Mariott always lives up to its name. It's the only hotel that allows me to change money into smaller change. Room is comfortable and cosy. Worth every single cent. Location is great too. 2 malls are within walking distance.

The hotel is great value for the money you pay. All the staff is super friendly. They helped us if questions appeared. Big thanks to the receptionist who helped us and sent our delayed Taobao parcel to Beijing after we left. It was super helpful. Very clean they clean every day, bring clean towels, water and tea. The lift worked well. The breakfast was quite good - both western and Chinese options and vegetarian options appeared. Right in the city center of Hohhot. Comfortable bed. Nice cosmetics in the shower Close to many shopping malls and not too far from underground and bus stop. Nice modern design. Small shop in the hotel, very convenient. All was fine.
