The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

A higiene do hotel era excelente e os quartos estavam muito limpos. Tudo, desde os lençóis e cobertores até os produtos de higiene pessoal, estava impecável e higiênico, proporcionando uma estadia muito confortável. A recepcionista, Huanhuan, prestou um serviço excelente. É um hotel novo, com instalações modernas e estacionamento gratuito. Houve apenas um pequeno problema: o banheiro dividido em três partes era ótimo, mas não havia lugar para pendurar roupas no box do chuveiro. Era um pouco constrangedor pendurar roupas na frente dos amigos depois do banho. Tirando isso, tudo foi ótimo e fiquei muito satisfeito.

Esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel e parece que não será a última. O hotel está idealmente localizado no coração do distrito comercial central, com todos os seus restaurantes, parques e acesso ao lago Ruyi, além de fácil acesso ao transporte público – você pode pegar o metrô para qualquer área da cidade, bem como para o aeroporto ou ambas as estações ferroviárias. Excelente serviço na recepção e nos quartos, uma boa seleção de pratos para o café da manhã e, claro, vistas deslumbrantes das janelas.

It was a very clean and wonderful room. There was a humidifier, it was quiet, the water was hot, and it was relaxing. The breakfast had a wide variety and was so fresh that I ended up eating too much. I want to go again.

It is good service and beautiful room. Nearby the Mall have Haidilao Hotpot, HeyTea and many many local food. It is taking only 3km-4km to Zhengzhou Dong Station quite near and other location Longmen Groot, Sui & Tang Dynasty, Laoyi Acient Town with very deliciouse hotpot at exit Gate . Happy to stay here i will come back soon.i

For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.

陽台超大，天氣好的時候在上面烤肉特別棒，衹是我來的晚上下雪了，也很美，房間也很好，都是智能控制，管家服務也是棒棒噠，主要是我第二天要回市區，擔心雪下大了回不去，結果民宿管家不到12點就告訴我下山路的的雪清理了，點贊。
