We like staying at Holiday Inns. No frills, good breakfast and the soft/hard pillows. Since it’s an international brand, the standards are there regardless whether it’s a new or old hotel. Can’t go too wrong with it.

I had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though  we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs.  I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station. I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

Very nice hotel, close to most famous attractions in a walking distance. Staff were amazing, they helped my wife ordering food using their own devices when she seemed in trouble using hers, the helped us with taxis, and everything else we needed, they really were outstanding! If I go back to Luoyang I definitely be there again. The only feedback I'd like to give is that while the room seemed cleaned enough, they need to be a little bit more attentious to detail. Behind the sink in the corners were very dusty. But that was just a small detail.

A good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and delightful dining options. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of ZhengZhou’s historic district, it offered easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping . Whether I wanted to explore the historical landmarks, immerse myself in the local culture, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the bustling streets, everything was within walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel deserve special praise for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a delight.

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

We had a great time!, the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The room was also very nice and clean. The location of the homestay is also convenient (with a great feel), it’s very close to the ancient city and has a small park directly nearby which offers a nice scenic route. The breakfast selection is good and will be delivered to the room. We had a great and very relaxing stay. Thanks! :)

The main feature of this hotel is the service. The service is really great. Everything is reflected in the details. I used to think that the reviews of the hotel were a bit exaggerated, but after the experience, I can really say that the service is the best in the hotel I live in. Because of two words-care: especially from the start of the pick-up, the driver will pick up at the pick-up entrance. As soon as you get out of the station, you can see your name tag. The driver will take the initiative to help with the luggage, provide hot towels to wipe your hands, etc. We arrived in Luoyang early in the morning. After getting on the bus, the hotel also specially prepared breakfast, which made us a little surprised and pleasantly surprised. During the stay, in addition to the rich breakfast, the hotel also provides a wide variety of snacks, and the key is free. Because I stayed for two days, some close-fitting clothes needed to be changed and washed. On the second day, the aunt who cleaned the room specially prepared a clothes drying rack and gave some small gift bags for washing. It’s a really cute and cosy hotel. Not a big hotel. More boutique style. And it’s close to longmen grottes. Value for money. Clean and modern. It has everything you need. The service staff was really kind and helpful. The dining service - I missed my breakfast but they tried to make a small take away for me. Totally appreciated. Henan service people are really kind. Next to the hotel there is even a massage - ask the reception. It’s decent and very clean. Perfect for after all the walking around.

I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

Location: On the edge of Peony Square, luxurious and elegant, easy to get a taxi, polite staff, there will always be staff at the elevator entrance to help open the elevator. In between 2 Metro stations, about one kilometre from Luoyang LongMen Station. Located within an area where there are small restaurants and relatively close to Longmen Grottoes and Guan Lin Temple. Service staff was friendly. Amenities were good, with a relaxing sofa which was good for soft reading when you do not wish to get out of the room. A relaxed and wasy going vibe reverberated throughout.

The metro is almost at the entrance to the hotel, a line with a high-speed train station. A 10-minute walk from the park and opposite it a large shopping center with a food court and a supermarket. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, fresh linens and towels. The common areas and furnishings are a bit dated, but everything is clean and functional. Very spacious room, there is a wardrobe. Breakfast is good, but not very varied.

The air conditioning is quite good. Free pick-up and drop-off within 10 kilometers around the hotel (including the airport): I didn't notice when I went there, but there is also airport pick-up. It costs more than 20 yuan to take a taxi, and I asked him to take me back when I came back. Service: The waiter is very good and enthusiastic. The security guard is also very enthusiastic

From the very beginning we were greeted so warmly and cordially, as if we were old friends. The room turned out to be simply chic: cozy, clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the city. It is only a 5-10 minute drive from Xinzheng Airport. It is very convenient if you arrive with a late flight or have an early flight. The hotel provides free airport shuttle. The room is a bit old, but it's still clean and very cost-effective. There are many places to eat around and there is a supermarket next door.

Only ten minutes away from the airport. Good pick up and drop off service. Breakfast was empty, nothing to eat at 8:30 AM..... an army of old people ate everything and the hotel staff doesn't care to refill basic things like Bao zi, tea eggs, amd rice porridge. The gym looks pretty decent at the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are good quality. The walls and carpet are dirty.
