I was on a business trip to Wuzhou and stayed at Guolong Hotel. The front desk receptionist was professional, clean and the lobby was very impressive. I chose barbecue for dinner, which was large in portion and delicious. The waiter helped me throughout the whole process. I will continue to choose Guolong next time.

I have stayed at the Wyndham Baise Resort a few times during the past couple of years. This past week I stayed two nights with friends to celebrate my birthday. The hotel staff delivered a cake and card to my room, which was a sweet surprise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always someone available who can speak English if you need it. We enjoy eating at the restaurant on the first floor which has a variety of good food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a pool and a sauna that we use every time we go. I love the view of the city and river from the window. A mall and some restaurants are in walking distance.

We had a truly memorable stay at LS Hotel. Every room features floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking mountain views — it honestly feels like looking at a living painting from your room. For foreigners visiting the area, setting up WeChat is essential. The hotel provides a personal concierge service via WeChat, and the responses are instant. You can ask for anything at any time, and WeChat’s built-in translation works surprisingly well, making communication effortless. Breakfast is a generous buffet with a great mix of Chinese and Western options, including the famous Guilin rice noodles, which are a must-try. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was equally impressive, showcasing local specialties such as bamboo chicken soup and beer fish — all beautifully prepared. The hotel also offers transport to and from town, which makes getting around very convenient. A complimentary 30-minute photography session was a lovely bonus, as was the free afternoon tea. Fresh fruit was refilled daily, and it was some of the most delicious fruit we’ve had. The service throughout our stay was truly spectacular — attentive, warm, and thoughtful in every detail. There is also a self-service laundry available in Building 3, which is very handy for longer stays. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, stunning scenery, and exceptional service.

I had a wonderful stay at this lakeside hotel. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities and smart accessories that made the experience feel both cozy and high-tech. The view from the room was really nice, giving a perfect balance of nature and tranquility. The location is excellent: close to the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to remain peaceful and quiet, which made it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Guilin. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety to start the day, and the staff were consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming. Really nice of them to leave a little gift for Xmas. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and calm. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a restful stay with beautiful views in Guilin.

No complaints whatsoever, apart from the hot weather. The location is fantastic, and the environment is stunning – it truly felt like a scene out of the 'Wizard of Oz'. Jintan Beach is right downstairs, perfect for taking the kids to catch small crabs and collect seashells. However, compared to Yintan Beach, the water quality here is slightly inferior. On the bright side, Jintan offers better value for money, and most importantly, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pool downstairs is also excellent – clean and well-maintained. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery to your room.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, just a two to three-minute walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to all corners of the city. If you choose to take a taxi to Nanning East High-Speed Rail Station, it's only a short ten-minute ride, saving a significant amount of travel time. The staff's service attitude is outstanding, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya at the service center. They are not only warm and attentive but also patiently and thoroughly answer all inquiries. They enthusiastically recommend local dining and entertainment options, making every guest feel genuinely cared for. This trip, due to my schedule, I needed a slightly later checkout, and they graciously offered a complimentary late checkout until 4 PM, which was very accommodating. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, featuring a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym with plenty of exercise machines. The breakfast and Chinese restaurants are located on the 6th floor. Breakfast is quite varied, offering both Western and Chinese options to suit different tastes. The hotel is right next to the large shopping mall, Hangyang City, and Mixc City is also not far, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. What's more, you can directly access the second floor of the mall from the hotel lobby, which is incredibly handy. As night falls, the surrounding night view of the hotel is absolutely stunning, like a captivating painting. This prime location and excellent service make this hotel an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure tourists.

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately blown away. The landmark building of Yangshuo, Guilin Romance Park, was right before my eyes. The view room was absolutely stunning! The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of the rolling green mountains and the turquoise waters of the Yulong River. You could lie in bed and marvel at the magnificent karst landscape. In the evening, the golden sunset spilled over the river, creating an incredibly romantic scene that touched my heart.

The location is absolutely fantastic, with a direct connection to MixC Mall on the first floor. As a family traveling with kids, we absolutely love five-star hotels that are connected to shopping malls. It's so comfortable and convenient for shopping and dining, without the hassle of taking a taxi and traveling around. It's simply perfect. The service was excellent. Guest services proactively added me on WeChat and maintained real-time communication. Any issues I had were resolved immediately. Truly deserving of its five-star rating. Everything else, like the views, interior design, cleanliness, and breakfast, was practically impeccable. A perfect experience. Shangri-La in Nanning's tallest building—if I visit Nanning again, I'll definitely choose it.

Compared to nearby hotels, this one offers excellent value for money, even though it's much cheaper than the Marriott. Both the facilities and service are top-notch. The hotel lobby's Christmas decorations are very thoughtfully done, creating a wonderful festive atmosphere. Bonnie at the front desk was very attentive during check-in; she asked about my preferences to assign a room and also informed me about WiFi connection and parking details. Her attention to detail was excellent. Highly recommended, worth staying here!

This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as we walked in, staff were there to help with our luggage, and their inquiry service was very helpful without being intrusive. The hotel boasts a superb location right by the Li River, allowing guests to fish directly from the riverbank and enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful Li River. Being in the city center also makes it very convenient to visit many attractions and pedestrian streets. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, though we did have a minor issue last night: the projector in our reserved room was a bit blurry, but it didn't really affect our overall experience! The hotel also provides a complimentary laundry service, where they wash, bag, and return your clothes to your room – incredibly thoughtful. For Christmas, they offered a special DIY Christmas knot braiding activity and Christmas coffee, which was a lovely touch. The hotel breakfast is also extensive, and you can enjoy delicious Guilin rice noodles without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
