CaldeirãoVery good, I enjoyed a lot, a clean room, comfortable, satisfactory service, tired and varied breakfast.
The negative point was that due to some error by trip.com or the hotel, my reservation was different from that I acquired, they hosted us in a custom room, different from the reservation. They initially suggested that we had booked this kind of room for purpose, according to them because there were no more vacancies, they only changed their position when I presented the booking evidence, they were not aware of what they said, transferring the guilt to Trip.com . This is a very annoying situation, which was heard by other people waiting.

I liked the food and pre-service, the team as a gentle and demanding whole, and I only have a reservation ( suggestion) for the facilities, and for the air conditioning control, I would like a furniture beyond the fixed on the wall. And from a map of the hotel highlighting the main locations, such as: restaurant, how to reach rooftop, academia ... But the hotel is of great quality.

Guest UserGreat cost-effectiveness. Great location, on the edge of Aracaju, spacious rooms and excellent service. Not the latest rooms, but a super comfortable hotel, and the location is cost-effective. I recommend to everyone

We are a habit of this hotel , or we were a habit of it .
1st day a broken cabinet in the guard .
2th day No lights of the room - two days to concert

3rd day incoming breakfast fruits - hard and tasteless mama , very bad abacaxi
4th day the same thing
5th day without news
6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour
18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable
I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite .
I exchanged . Suite only with cold water
7th day shower of the suite opened normally and when the hot water began disappears
Finally a complete disaster .

Done4The hotel has a good breakfast, but it is not changed, we spend 4 days and always the same things at breakfast.
The rooms are good, but some things leave to be like a shower, TV that is very old (not Smart TV), air conditioning well old and noisy etc.
So the daily charge leaves it to desire in the structure.

Guest UserThe hotel is very well located, besides the space being very cozy. Because I was a walker, the kitchen staff let me take a coffee before the race and after making the full meal, I found it very legal from them. I'll come back more times.

The hotel is located in front of the beach, near the Passarela do Carangejo, the excellent swimming pool, excellent decoration at the entrance with sofa and balancing chairs, the rooms style a village, but the room infrastructure left a lot to desire.
The bed looked like a boat, because there were higher and lower parts, the floor of the incarded bathroom, the towels looked so harsh waste, the wood of the degraded doors, the last day rained so much that it wet part of the room through the window. The breakfast was tasty, but I found it with little variety.The excellent service of all staff and the receptionist. I think that because it is a 5-year-old hotel and because it has a poor care, it could have more maintenance, we know about the depletion because it is a beach because of the salithre, but it has things that I see are not justified.
