The hotel service is very good. They provide rides around the village, so it's very convenient. They also provided good information to go to other places, even though our Chinese is not good. We also asked to heat the room before we arrived late in the evening, and it was nice and toasty when we got there. Beds are comfy and there is good hot water. The only downsides are the usual, a little noisy from the street and better dusting would be good. Breakfast is Chinese, we enjoyed it but might not be for everyone.

The hotel interior was slightly old, but overall amenities are acceptable. Breakfast was not too bad, but can be further improved.

Nós amamos nossa estadia no Huanghan Lotus. A equipe é muito simpática e gentil, e comunicativa por meio de aplicativos de bate-papo, embora não falemos mandarim. Eles nos ajudaram a planejar nossa rota para subir e contornar a montanha, providenciaram um táxi para nosso retorno e nos deixaram deixar nossas malas aqui enquanto subíamos a montanha por uma noite. Quando voltamos para pegar nossas malas, decidimos fazer uma massagem no spa e eles nos deram meia hora extra. Sobre o quarto — fomos atualizados e o quarto é lindo, madeira linda e uma cama e chuveiro muito confortáveis, etc. A fonte termal também é muito confortável, a maneira perfeita de relaxar. Definitivamente escolheremos este hotel na próxima vez que visitarmos. Altamente recomendado!

Overall, the hotel was a nice choice for our stay while visiting Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area. It’s very conveniently located, close to the trails and more peaceful than the downtown area. The breakfast was also great and worth the money. The room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and tidy. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay. The hotel also arranged a carpool back to the train station which was very nice.

I took my parents out to travel. I saw that it was newly opened on the Internet. After booking, I felt more than expected. The room was very clean and the decoration style was simple and comfortable. The local specialties cooked by the proprietress are very pleasant. Overall evaluation five stars 👍

A atenção para o detalhe foi alargada à piscina e à área de bem-estar, que proporcionaram uma fuga verdadeiramente luxuosa, que combina a hospitalidade quente, um ambiente invencível e um manuseamento infalível para uma estadia inesquecível. Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

Nice hotel. Great looking swimming pool - unfortunately it was too cold early-March to use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Marked down on cleanliness as periodically we could smell cigarette smoke coming into the room - it seemed to be mostly in the bathroom, maybe from the floor below? Although it was claimed there were Western breakfast options they were extremely limited. Coffee was good. But no cereal, no fruit, no tea, no sausage or bacon, no croissant or similar. There was bread, a toaster and jam - but no butter. There were french fries (for breakfast?) as the only potato option - but they were stale & cold by 8:30-9am.
