The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

We loved this beautiful hotel. The service is personal and the atmosphere is great. Feng shui on point. The staff helped us to plan our trip and answered every question patiently. The hotel room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Great location with places nearby for dinner and breakfast before hiking mount huangshan. Took 10 mins to walk to the bus station, then 15 mins on the bus to the cable car station. Breakfast next door is simple and sufficient. I recommend the halal beef noodles place along the strip for dinner. We wished we could stay for longer! So many small details made the room feel like a home away from home.

The hotel is in a great location, very quiet, with nice scenery and convenient transportation. The breakfast is rich and very good. Hanna, the assistant lobby manager, is very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the room I was given. [Strong]

I booked 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Regency Exclusive Double Bedroom. It was very spacious and had a great view especially at night. It has a separate powder room area and large walk in closet. Shout out to NINA for providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. She was meticulous about answering all of my questions and always ready to help. My reservation included access to the club area where they had a good variety of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this particular room if you need plenty of space.

Only a short stay, but has always been good staying this hotel for close proximity to shops, restaurants, and business partners.

The hotel is actually quite good, with complete facilities and clean rooms. The location is a bit far from the core area, but it is convenient to take a taxi. On the day of check-in, we encountered *** guests next door. The soundproofing was average. They quarreled all night long and the noise was audible. Complaining to the front desk was of little use. I felt helpless.
