This hotel was fantastic. The retro look and attention to detail in the rooms made this hotel an enjoyable experience. The staff was super friendly, the pool was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The price was also fantastic. If you are on the fence about booking, do it, as you won't be disappointed.

Fabulous experience everything to rave about and nothing to complain. Allowed to check in early, all my requests were accommodated. High floor, pool view, near the office. Room had coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave, all in good condition. Room was clean and had flooring instead of carpet. Didn't use the pool, but it was sparkling and nice to look at. Thought the TV wasn't working but one call to the front desk and they walked me through how to navigate it. Front door was heavy and had sturdy locks with dead bolt. Breakfast was great. Only saw the unhoused near property once but not actually on it. When leaving I needed ice hadn't noticed ice machine went to the office to inquire. They said no working ice machine on property , but took huge ice bag of ice out of their freezer and gave me enough to fill my ice chest. Above and beyond! Do not hesitate to ask front desk for anything you need.I am confident they will make every attempt to accommodate. My son attends NMSU and I make several trips to Las Cruces every year. Strayed from my old hotel because they changed ownership and doubled their prices, (lucky me!) Because i've now found my new favorite hotel. I plan to return in both November.abd December i won't have to waste time shopping hotels.Thank you Days Inn and your wonderful front desk gals! Wish I would have gotten thier names, they are doing a wonderful job. Maids seemed to be doing what they're supposed to do and the young man I saw cleaning the pool was working hard every time I saw him. I look forward to seeing all of you again soon. Below are pictures of my actual room. I tried to be nosy when Passing by other rooms that maids were cleaning. They all looked fresh and well taken care of.

ダブルベッドx2のスイートを予約し、連日歩き通しのプランなので疲れを取るため事前に浴槽付きの部屋が確保できる様ホテルへ直接メールで念押し確認しておいたのですが、当日に団体客が入ったとの理由から滞在中全てシャワーのみの部屋になってしまい、残念でした。また室内にコーヒーメーカーがなく、朝11時までフロント近くのバーエリアに設置されるのを取りに行く必要があり不便でした。部屋からはすぐの距離ですが、しかたなく身なりを整えてコーヒーを取りに行ったところ、たまたまバスローブ1枚で前をはだけて、下は**・裸足の方がいて、そこまで気を使わなくて良いのだと学びました。こちらは慌てて目をそらしたので、その方が女性だったのか男性だったのかも不明です。 朝9、10時くらいから夜22時まで、サンタフェ中心地のマップ内（地図をもらえます）であれば、どこでも無料シャトルバス（チップのみ）を頼めるのは便利でした。 ホテルから出発する際はフロントに伝えて入り口で待つと1～5分程度でとてもフレンドリーなドライバーが来てくれます。また外からホテルまでのピックアップはフロントに電話で場所を伝える必要があります。今回はアメリカ国内で電話が使えなかったので、帰りは毎回Uberタクシーを使いましたが、サンタフェ市内Uberタクシーの利用は問題ありませんでした。日中に中心地まで歩くのは問題ないですが、暗くなってからの帰りは安全面のため徒歩は避けたほうがよさそうです。歩いて数分の所にあるTomasita’sというレストランは南西部料理がとてもおいしかったです。またホテルのドアを出てぐるっと駐車場エリアを回ると、裏口から土曜日朝のファーマーズマーケットまですぐです。ファーマーズマーケットと隣接して現地の生産者から直接アクセサリーやタイルアート等のお土産が買えるエリア（屋内・屋外）もあり、楽しめました。 夜になると暖炉のあるレストランエリアで生演奏が楽しめます。ネイティブアメリカンの笛の演奏はとても幻想的で素敵でした。 部屋は天井が高くゆったりした作りですが、洗面台にドアがついていないため誰かが寝ているときにドライヤ―を使うのははばかられます。ベッドが高くて日本人にとってはよじ登らないといけず、ちょっと腰かける様に座ることが出来ませんが寝心地は大変よかったです。

Nice clean hotel. Located in a quiet nice area. Staff is very attentive and willing to help. They will give a bottle of water as part if the welcoming , at your request Rooms are very clean and have coffee & tea in an individual coffee maker Keurig type. Bathrooms are equipped with enough towels fir 2 people and you can ask fir more if needed There is a Desk also at the rooms in case you would need to work or need it

Estava relativamente limpo para o preço. A fronha estava um pouco úmida, mas os lençóis estavam bons. O banheiro estava limpo. Depois de chegar em um voo noturno, tive que esperar 30 minutos e fazer dois ou três telefonemas antes que o hotel me buscasse. Os motoristas que conheci foram muito receptivos. O café da manhã incluía waffles, ovos mexidos, bacon, aveia, batatas e muito mais, e estava bem delicioso. No geral, foi aceitável.

A estrutura do quarto é simples e razoável, o serviço de clientes Da recepção é Muito bom, o pequeno-almoço é simples, MAS para o preço Da Casa, o rácio de preço global é Muito bom ～～

Só dois problemAs que encontrei foram 1. Um elevador estava fora, depois duas horas depois, estava no andar de trás, tinha que fazer viagens para sair de tudo.2. Pedi para fazer um cobertor e fazer um cobertor três vezes, ninguém veio. É tudo.

Good value. Friendly and helpful staff. Someone else's hair on the mattress sheet but clean otherwise.
