No check-in, os dois funcionários não foram simpáticos, apesar de eu ter cumprimentado e sorrido para eles. No entanto, Martin foi muito simpático durante o check-out, por isso não dei uma nota tão ruim para o serviço. Não há chaleira, lenços de papel, água potável, chá ou café, e há apenas sabonete dois em um no banheiro. Há um cheiro estranho vindo do banheiro e há apenas uma cortina de chuveiro, então a água espirra por toda parte (não há toalha para os pés). Os travesseiros da cama são muito irregulares e desconfortáveis. O banco fornecido estava torto, então não ousei usá-lo. As cortinas não podem ser fechadas completamente para que a luz do sol ainda possa entrar. Não ficarei aqui na próxima vez que eu visitar.

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

The hotel is good , located near to Airport and easy to reach from central station. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast was really good with hot and cold serve both handle. Multiple options which also suites the kids.

Eu realmente gostei Da minha estadia no Hotel presidencial.A localização é um Grande adiantamento muito conveniente, com fácil acesso Ao transporte público e a pé de áreas comerciais. Ele Fez que a cidade se encontrava SEM esforço, especialmente Como viajante. Acomodação e UMA Grande base para explorar a cidade.

Self checkin instructions were clear, the door handle for entering the passcode was a little annoying tho LOL. I booked the one with private bathroom and it is okay. Didn’t expect it to provide towels. WiFi is a bit weak. There is a kitchen and fridge and kettle in the public area. Luggage storage after check out was available. All is good. Will come back if I come to Warsaw again.

Tudo ótimo. O quarto é limpo - limpeza todos os dias. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o secador profissional. Café da manhã: enorme seleção, você quer experimentar de tudo. Delicioso. Um bom complexo de banho, só preciso de instruções de como chegar 😆. A equipe é simpática. Por esse preço, o hotel é apenas um presente

Foi UMA estadia agradável, quartos de BOM design e limpo.Pequeno-almoço bom, saboroso e várias escolhas.Recomenda este hotel.Está perto do centro da cidade e 2 paradas de metrô do BOM restaurante Elefante Vermelho

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

O quarto é limpo, mas muito pequeno. Não há chinelos e não há água disponível. Não há secador de cabelo; na verdade, não há nada. Há apenas geladeira, micro-ondas, chaleira e fogão elétrico (não usei nenhum deles), mas chinelos e secador de cabelo eram mais necessários 🙌🏼

All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler.
