The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

A localização é muito boa.A vista para o mar em frente ao hotel é a mais bonita de toda a praia branca, e a areia também é a melhor. Houve uma apresentação de dança com tochas no jantar, que foi muito emocionante. A cantoria terminou por volta das nove horas. Não era tão barulhento quanto o S2 Hotel e estava muito silencioso. A decoração da sala demorou alguns anos e os armários são muito simples e de madeira, mas a vantagem é que a sala é grande e muito limpa. Não há muitos tipos de pequeno-almoço, mas o sabor do pão e da fruta está bem, mas ainda vale a pena ficar num hotel com uma localização tão boa por menos de 1.000. Depois de dar uma olhada, havia vários hotéis com preços semelhantes, mas o Embaixador foi o mais satisfeito.

The hotel has a great facility. Staffs are friendly. I really appreciate the hotel service for free. I suggest that the hotel needs to look for transportation access for its clients since it was quite far from the downtown.

All the staff were very friendly and would readily assist us whenever we have questions. The place was generally clean but just had a minor issue with the smell due to the (probably) dog poop on our front door 😅. The breakfast buffet was ok. There wasn't much variation but the breakfast food was good and didn't cost much. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in Carles.

Este é o melhor lugar em que já ficamos! A localização é simplesmente ótima, de frente para a praia, com muitos restaurantes, a rua principal e as lojas a apenas 2 a 5 minutos a pé. O buffet tem uma enorme variedade de comida para o café da manhã, almoço e jantar. É realmente impossível sentir fome. O exterior também é perfeito, tudo é verde e florido, um verdadeiro jardim paradisíaco. Há três piscinas para você aproveitar. Perfeito para famílias com crianças e para aqueles que preferem uma estadia tranquila e confortável. Um agradecimento especial à equipe! Você não encontrará pessoas mais amigáveis, sorridentes e prestativas. Adoramos o resort e com certeza ficaremos aqui quando voltarmos a Boracay.

We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

Adorei cada minuto no Ferra Premier — Vibração total de Boracay! Ok, deixa eu só dizer... O Ferra Premier by JG arrasou. Este lugar é realmente uma joia escondida! Escondido o suficiente da agitação de Boracay, mas ainda super perto da praia, restaurantes e lojas — tipo, uma caminhada tranquila de 5 minutos e você está na Praia Branca. A equipe? Absolutamente a mais simpática. Eles te tratam como família desde o momento do check-in. Todos foram muito simpáticos, prestativos e genuinamente gentis. Dá para perceber que eles realmente se importam com a sua diversão. Nosso quarto era limpo, aconchegante e estiloso. A cama era confortável, o ar-condicionado também. Pontos extras para os pequenos detalhes — como drinks de boas-vindas e produtos de higiene pessoal com cheiro agradável. E o bar e restaurante na cobertura? Grande vitória. Ótima vibração, comida saborosa e perfeito para aquela hora dourada com coquetéis na mão. O café da manhã todas as manhãs também era completo — muitas opções e muito farto. Sinceramente, eu não queria ir embora. Se você busca uma experiência mais personalizada, em um hotel boutique, mas que ainda lhe proporcione a sensação de férias em uma ilha, o Ferra Premier é a escolha certa. 10/10, me hospedaria novamente.

Our experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well Done!

Friendly staff and quite clean. The restaurant by the beach was great, reasonable prices and good food. Very close to popular instagram locations, I❤️Boracay sign and Palm tree for sunset pictures

For me one of the best hotels at Station2. Just a walk from the beach, beautiful pool with small garden and fountain… Rooms are spacious and clean but it can get noisy at morning when housekeeping starts cleaning 2nd floor. Sadly the amenities disappeared 😢, just 1 small shampoo, soap and 2 toothbrushes. 4 towels fresh every day as well as coffee, tea,… The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful… I requested an extra pillow and got it after 3min together with a big smile from the staff :)
