We stayed here for just one night, and honestly, it felt way too short. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and their food was great. I really wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and its amenities because it definitely left a great impression. I’ll be looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time!

I chose this hotel hoping for a quiet night's sleep, but I barely slept at all. Roosters were crowing all night long from somewhere unclear. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor. Another downside is the uphill walk to the hotel, which would be difficult for older guests. Overall, it's not bad. There's a shared kitchen and a water cooler. Plus, if you're lucky, you might be greeted by a playful dog at reception. However, I wouldn't return. In this price range, you can find many rooms with better living conditions.

Amazing location. We was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to this gorgeous beach. The staff were extremely helpful and happy. The outside of the little buildings within beautiful gardens could do with a refresh, but otherwise, it was a lovely stay. We spent 6 nights here and could have easily spent another week. Upon check-in we had a bit of an issue with a lost bag, and the staff, particularly a serviría guard, was so helpful, and we did manage to get the bag back, much to our surprise as it was left on the transport Tom too type vehicle from the port. Overall we had a n amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

We really love the place as well as the room we’re staying-beach front. I am really particular with scents or how the place/room/towels/linens smells like. The fresh smell of linens/towels added more points. Also the staff like Juvy and the rest that greets us everytime, the nice and welcoming F&B Manager that we spoke with too. Also, I appreciate the perfect birthday setup for me. Both the room setup and the surprise greeting song while having breakfast. Overall, a good place to stay, good food and good ambience. Worth recommending and coming back to!

The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

Family of four, 2 teenagers and my senior citizen mom. Mandarin took care of us VVIP type, we had the van and speedboat to ourselves! From transfer to daily stays, sumptuous food, very kind and attentive crew - excellent customer service- definitely a must stay in front of the beach and activity dock. Stayed for a week. MUST STAY FOR THOSE WHO WANT VIP TREATMENT AND CONVENIENCE ❤️

The hotel is close to the beach but the road to the beach is disgusting . It is one of the worst roads to the beach I have ever seen during my travels around the world. The road to the beach looks like it was after the III world war. It is worse than fawela in Rio de Janeiro. I cannot believe that the Philippines people live like this. Ext to the best Beach in the world! The hotel architecture is nice, paint for white color. In my room number 110 everything is fine apart from two white paint touches that look new and are not composed with original paintings. The people who work in this hotel are nice and Friendly. Hotel staff service only breakfast in the morning after that it's not possible to buy any food only drink. Do not drink complimentary powder coffee inside the room because it tastes like xxx. Internet speed is acceptable for social media users. I can resend this hotel only if you are willing to taxi to the beach because the road to the beach and main road looks like a big trap

Sobrang strategic nung place sa station 1 kasi paglabas mo Aplaya na kaagad! Malinis din yung kwarto namin and CR ❤️ Mabait din kausap sina Ate Janine, our receptionist and we understand na hndi pwede mag early check in and may additional na 200 per hour for that. We totally respect it. Nonetheless, sobrang linis ng place and very accomodating naman sila pagdating mo sa place! Will definitely go back! May hot and cold shower din plus netflix so you can watch your favorite series during the night! Will rate it 9/10! 💋🌴✨️

Loved Every Minute at Ferra Premier — Total Boracay Vibes! Okay, let me just say… Ferra Premier by JG nailed it. This place is seriously a hidden gem! Tucked away just enough from the busy Boracay crowd, but still super close to the beach, restos, and shops—like, a 5-minute chill walk and you’re at White Beach. The staff? Absolutely the sweetest. They treat you like family from the second you check in. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and just genuinely kind. You can tell they actually care that you're having a good time. Our room was clean, cozy, and stylish. The bed was comfy, the AC was nice too. Bonus points for the little details—like welcome drinks and nice-smelling toiletries. And yo, the rooftop bar and restaurant? Big win. Great vibes, tasty food, and perfect for that golden hour chill with cocktails in hand. Breakfast every morning was also solid—plenty of choices and very filling. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. If you want a more personal, boutique hotel experience that still gives you full-on island vacay feels, Ferra Premier is it. 10/10 would stay again.

A very homely and loving hotel filled with very hospitable and friendly staff. Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants shopping malls (SM) and many eateries. Few staff are exceptional in their service rendered. They are Alexandra Diose and Dijordan who have made my stay more enjoyable and memorable. Overall all the staff have done a very good job with their service oriented approach and mindset throughout my stay from 25Dec24 to 04Jan25 ( 10 nights ) .
