O hotel é Mais Como a configuração de um motel de automóveis, MAS relativamente Mais seguro porque Precisa passar Da Estrada principal para o interior de um pátio, EM vez de diretamente para a estrada.A sala é ampla, as instalações estão completas, e também fornece bebidas e refeições pagas no quarto.A única deficiência Mais óbvia é o isolamento sonoro geral.

The hotel is about a 40 min walk from the city center (ie Fenway area) and 10 min by car. The airport is about 15-20 min drive. So the location is just ok, but the price is right. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and has a decent breakfast. There’s also a Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff were great.

We stayed here for a week and we had very comfortable stay throughout the week. Room is spacious and comfortable with a small pantry provided in room, a small living room, modern bathroom and very comfortable bedding. We didn’t take the complimentary breakfast every morning after trying once. There were sausages, eggs, waffles, breads, fruits and juices. I really like the round the clock drink station for the guests convenience. Finally the toiletries provided smelled so good and of good quality. I would happily return to this hotel.

Room was nice. Maid service was non-existent. Asking for room service … they indicated we must ask for it the previous day. Even when we got… they didn’t even make the bed. Front desk was confused at checkout and tried to bill me again after I already pre-paid. Probably will not stay at Hilton again.

Very nice rooms.We booked 2 connecting and both were very nice. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had. Area was clean and the food was hot and there was a good variety. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely choose this property on any return trips!

Love the hotel. Staff: very friendly Location:very convinet, 5 mins walk to a mall. Environment: Cozy and clean. We'll definitely atay there again when we visit Eugene next time.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.
