We arrived and had a quick and easy check in. Our room was ground level, with easy parking and room acsess. The room was spacious and clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and large closet. The TV wouldn't work so we made a call to the front desk, and someone came down shortly after and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations and stay definitely would return.

Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day. The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday. We would definitely return when in the area.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. It is a nice quiet spot if you just wanna get away. The restaurant next to it has excellent food. The only thing I wish that was different is that I traveled with a toddler who could unlock all the doors. I wish they had a lock above the deadbolt on the main door.

Os quartos são modestamente equipados, mas limpos e confortáveis.O bar e restaurante são equipados por funcionários amigáveis que levam tempo para perguntar sobre o SEU dia e interesses. Para o dinheiro que paguei para ficar nesta localização, recomendaria que qualquer casal viajasse para as montanhas brancas e que se mantenha no orçamento.

Modern, clean, convenient. Great hot breakfast included. Thought I lost something of sentimental value in the room. Staff went all out to try to find it. I later found it under the seat in my car. Special thanks to Abbey for all your help!

You can buy things at the supermarket and make some simple dishes.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, all of the staff were friendly and helpful and the valet parking was great. We will certainly stay here again.

Great value for the money. Room was clean and updated. Nice pool and hot tub. Pretty good selection for the included breakfast.  I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was.

The hotel is located beside the main road of transportation. There are small shops and gas stations around the same building, a bungalow, a large courtyard, very quiet, and the car is required to stop at your door. The front desk is a young and pretty nice girl. Soon, the room is small but very delicate, warm and sanitary. It is very suitable for family trips. The downside is that online booking is more than 30 knives more expensive than the store. In addition, the old-fashioned air-conditioning sound is too noisy, and it must be turned off before going to bed. The hotel asks to check out before 11:00 the next day, because there is no demand, so I don't know if it can be delayed. When you leave the store, you don't need to inform the front desk. You can directly drop the key into a box on the wall of the hall. Overall rating five stars
