From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. The breakfast was hot and fresh and was restocked continually. The staff, especially Dylan, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of our questions about the best places to eat and local attractions. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again when in that area!"
