The place is very clean, and the location is excellent and convenient, especially its proximity to the mosque. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff, Ms. Asala, for her professional and polite service.

In Makkah, I usually stay at Kiswah. Stays have been good. Normally like to walk, but felt it this time as it was 45C days! Takes about 25 mins to get to the Clock tower. Hotel does provide free shuttle service to Haram. Only downside this time was the shower facility. Drain was clearly not working, and water flowed to the rest of the washroom. Told only solution was to put towels down. 🤯. Overall hotel is good and clean, cannot beat those prices!

Everything about our 20-night stay at Jumeirah Hotel was superb! The service here is truly above par. Special thanks to Muhannad at reception for a warm check-in and Arafat in housekeeping for keeping our room spotless throughout our long stay. The staff checked on us almost daily to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We actually moved to the Makkah Hotel after checking out just to be slightly closer to the Haram, but we immediately missed the ”Jumeirah touch.” The level of customer care at Jumeirah is unmatched, and we really fell in love with this property. Highly recommended!

Everything was quiet, peaceful, and very clean. The staff were polite, the transfer was excellent, and breakfast was good. Overall, it's a good hotel with soft bedding, no unnecessary fuss, and convenient appliances. There's even an iron and ironing board, which is handy and quite rare. There's a beautiful mosque within walking distance, which is very convenient and comfortable when it's hot outside. The hotel also has a great spot for relaxation and prayer.

Had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Makkah. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of Masjid Al-Haram. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the room was spacious with excellent housekeeping. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The luggage service was also very convenient and well managed. We really appreciated the clean, modern, and comfortable environment of the hotel. Everything felt fresh, neat, and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. We would definitely be happy to stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
