選錯了 這其實是個旅遊團會住的酒店 房間較大 但設施一般 淋浴房還是很久以前的款式 不是很方便 位置不錯 步行幾分鐘到湖邊和商業街 因為是旅遊團會住的酒店 服務就跟一般 早餐遇到一個團 吃飯排長隊

Шикарный отель! Номер был просторным, чистым и современным и новым. При отеле есть отличный красивый ресторан, в котором мы и завтракали. Завтрак был великолепен, советую всем брать номер именно с завтраком. Также мы смогли посетить бассейн при отеле с сауной (в бронирование включено 2 часа бассейна). Очень жаль, что мы остановились всего на одну ночь.

Проживание в целом оставило приятные впечатления. Обслуживание было на хорошем уровне: персонал вежливый, отзывчивый и старался помочь по всем вопросам. Территория и объекты отеля поддерживаются в порядке — всё выглядело аккуратно и ухоженно.
Номер соответствовал ожиданиям: чистый, комфортный, с регулярной уборкой. Ресторан оставил положительные впечатления — еда была вкусной, выбор блюд достаточно разнообразным, а подача аккуратной.
В целом отдых прошёл комфортно. Могу рекомендовать данный вариант проживания тем, кто ищет спокойный и приятный отдых.

We had a wonderful stay at Luka’s cottage. Luka was an excellent host—very helpful and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The design of the cottage is beautiful, blending charm with functionality, and the location in nature is truly relaxing. There are plenty of attractions and activities to explore in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

酒店很漂亮，後面是大森林，前面是遊樂場，停車挺方便。就是車子莫名其妙被人劃了。
早餐很豐盛。住了兩天，品種換的挺多。
晚餐12歐一人，自助餐，性價比也挺高的，但是沒飲料。旁邊咖啡吧點餐也可以，味道很好。
四樓房間沒有空調，上半夜很熱，又不敢開窗。陽台門打開很涼快，但是晚上不敢打開。
四樓的頂棚窗户沒有遮擋，一大早就很亮，影響睡覺，建議有手動窗簾。

酒店位置極佳，樓下自帶一個很好的餐廳，供應酒店客人早餐並午晚餐均可點餐。大廚手藝高超，可點世界各國美食。免費停車場有300米距離，距纜車站9分鐘走路距離。大超市就在斜對面，很方便。房間巨大，衞生情況良好，熱水供應正常。大堂服務人員非常熱情，幫忙處理停車場抬桿等很有耐心。目前沒有電梯，行李重的客人可能要注意了。

観光というよりホテル内でゆっくりすることを目的にここを選びました。部屋もサウナも快適でよかったです。
欠点がないホテルです。
旦那が誕生日だったので、直前にメールでケーキのオーダーを相談したら、無料で手配してくれました。ホテル一同サプライズのお手伝いをしてくれて嬉しかったです。スタッフのホスピタリティは満点以上です。
レストランも大変おいしかったです。最高の滞在でした。

Очеееень кайфовое место. Не много трудновато добраться, но само место 🔥. На ресепшене ожидала супер милая женщина Весна, она была очень мила и любезна. Номера светлые, чистые большие и есть все удобства. Вообще все. Т.е. можно и самому еду приготовить, есть все для этого. На территории большая парковка, она расположена чуть ниже самого здания. В одну ночь передали 4 градуса и нам включили отопление, о боже, это было что-то гениальное, хоть сейчас и конец мая, но о нас позаботились) рядом все очень колоритно и красиво.

BbaobeipoloThe room was excellent, with two floors: the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were downstairs, and the bedroom was in the attic upstairs. The trees in the yard looked out from the window. It was incredibly quiet at night, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night due to limited time.
I took these photos as a souvenir upon leaving. If I were to visit Zlatibor again, I would choose ZEN again. It was such a comfortable cabin.
Also, a small side note: I forgot a small pillow at the hotel. The owner kindly kept it for us and we will pick it up when we return to Serbia. Thank you so much.

GGuest UserApartment-style B&B, arrive late and leave early, not too many services involved. The bedroom is small, the living room is spacious, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. There are simple kitchen and dining utensils, the hygiene is OK, and there is free parking. It is far from the commercial street of Zlatibor. We drove to the supermarket for shopping and dining. There is no elevator, which is not convenient for large luggage to go up and down.

AAnči K.I stayed in low budget room which was perfectly enough, size and amenities wise. Just right temperature in the room, that makes whole hotel cozy and warm. Spa is really good, not too crowded. Breakfast is just perfect with lots of local food options.

MMaxxyyThe hotel is dreamyly located right at the Drina next to a waterfall of the source – the surrounding area is really idyllic and invites to relax.
The hotel is very friendly and helpful, and it is also a great place to make the stay personal and pleasant.
Less convinced the included breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant: The choice was rather limited, and unfortunately even a real coffee is not included in the price – instead there is a soluble finished product.
The highlight of the region, the Drina River House, is available in a few minutes.

MMishelkkThe overall stay left a pleasant impression. The service was good: staff were polite, responsive and tried to help with all the issues. The area and hotel facilities were maintained in order everything looked neat and careful.
The room was in line with expectations: clean, comfortable, with regular cleaning. The restaurant left positive impressions food was delicious, the choice of dishes was quite diverse and the supply was neat.
In general, the rest was comfortable. I can recommend this option of accommodation to those looking for a quiet and pleasant rest.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, clean and you can cook. The hotel is located in a ski town, a bit like Taiwu Town in Chongli. We opened it in the summer. The surrounding environment is beautiful and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and spacious. The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs, and a kitchen with an induction cooker. It is a standard resort hotel with a terrace. The outdoor scenery and air are very good. The front desk and restaurant service are warm and proactive. The breakfast is rich with many choices, but it tends to be cold food. One small regret is that the four pillows in the room are all large and high, which makes my family members who like to sleep on low pillows unable to rest well. It is recommended that the hotel equip the room with pillows of different heights.

GGuest UserEverything is super new! The location is off the beaten track, but perfect for a one-night stay! Parking is on the street, and there's construction on other buildings nearby. Check-in and check-out are slow. They've only just started up, so not all processes are perfect. The rooms are high-tech and modern. There aren't enough towel hooks, and the sink is too narrow, so you can't even fit a toiletries bag. The spa is fresh and pleasant.
