Courteous staffs. Check in and check out is fast. The room is clean and with new sets of white towels and bed sheets. The room size is enough for 2 person. The location is good as it is near the food establishments and coffee shops. The only missing is it would be nice to have a facial tissue in the room.

The hotel is old but very clean, they love cleaning our room😂 Its very alive during night time but the noise is tolerable, comfortable bed, and a lot of restaurant and coffee area nearby. It is also walking distance to SM, Sam 21, nice place

A localização era excelente (5/5), tornando-a muito conveniente e agradável.A limpeza do hotel era excelente (5/5), e o serviço geral excedeu as minhas expectativas (5/5). As acomodações também eram de topo (5/5), fornecendo tudo o que era necessário para uma estadia confortável. Em particular, todos os funcionários eram muito amigáveis, acomodados e profissionais, o que realmente fez a experiência ainda mais memorável.O alimento era absolutamente delicioso e acrescentou grande valor à nossa estadia. Obrigado pelo excelente serviço e por um caloroso hospitalidade.Gostei realmente Da minha estadia e recomendaria o Hotel Zuri a outros.Espero ficar com você novamente no futuro. Olha para mim. There's no water on the 4th floor and it took them longer to refill, we called twice. There's no dental kit. It's our second time to check-in at the Hop Inn, Iloilo. I thought there'll be changes, like they will provide dental kits. But it's the same as our first check-in at the hotel. Still, there's no dental kit. The location is awesome - so accessible. When it comes to cleanliness, yes! It's clean. The location is so convenient. But lacking amenities. Like heater/electric kettle, dental kit, refrigerator. Like that. The only thing you can do here is sleep and relax.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

My stay was honestly good, staffs are friendly and service was good and fast when it comes to requests. I just don't like other staffs who does not greet their guest while others are doing it. I am thankful that my request to have a room with strong internet connection was granted, but I guess it's still subject for availability. I just got disappointed that rooms doesn't have a Smart TV, thou they have cable but I didn't used it since I prefer Youtube on TV. They also don't have dental kit, good thing I brought my own and their swimming pools is up to 8pm only, which is too early. I may add to that they don't have a rooftop for view. Location is great since it's beachfront but it actually takes 15-20mins walk to D'Mall and other establishments, which is a hassle, I thought it's near food and entertainment places. Overall, La Carmela De Boracay is still recommended and a great pace to stay in Boracay, especially if you are on a budget, compared to the other hotels nearby with the same services.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

Our stay was so good and cozy. We slept well and had a good rest. No netflix, only cable channels. The pool was good. Had a good time at the pool, it looks clean. There was a slight problem during our breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a meal , and a different one was served. But it was okay, maybe the staff was tired or sleepy and he didn't hear what we had requested. Overall, highly recommend. Our room was clean. When checking-in at a hotel, I look after for CLEANLINESS. That's my number one preference.

Price is very reasonable! Maganda transfer nila kmi sa Beasis! Then na consider nila na may senior kmi and 5yr old kid kaya 2nd floor lng kami. Consider ko ulit ito next year!
