O hotel é um BOM Lugar para visitar o vulcão de mayo.Os quartos com vista para mayonesas são bonitos, o pessoal é amigável, a localização é muito conveniente, perto de Sm. O pequeno-almoço não é realmente bonito, MAS não é Muito bonito EM comparação com outros hotéis com este preço, também a piscina é pequena e não TEM vistas, é cansada de nadar lá, e EU reservei o TV através do hotel, então EU descobri que o cloak é 50% Mais barato do que o preço do hotel, Portanto, não é recomendado reservar a TV.Em geral, é um bom hotel para ficar, mas não um bom hotel se você esperar um bom pequeno-almoço e atividades.

Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.
Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The amenities were top-notch, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to excellence that permeated every aspect of my stay. Whether I was relaxing in my room, enjoying the hotel's facilities, or savoring the delicious cuisine, I felt like I was experiencing the best of the best.

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

Cozy hotel, good location, nice staff and nice service, but we met a little cockroach in our room then asked to change the room. Front desk immediately moved us to other room.

Este hotel tem como 3-floor gimnasio, assim para aqueles que são entusiastas de gimnasio, este é um bom hotel para você escolher.No entanto, o hotel precisa de manutenção, mas sempre que seus hóspedes enfrentam desafios, eles abordam imediatamente e mudam ou atualizam quartos. Por isso, me alegraria de voltar a reservar aqui.

The moment I arrived at the Hotel, wow! The ambiance and amenities are cool, classy and worth every penny. I exceeded my expectation. The room is great and clean. The staffs are friendly and accomodatinh. Overall, I would likely recommend this hotel. Will surely book again if I will visit Bicol for business travel and even personal tour. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserA great place to stay for visiting mayon volcano. Rooms with mayon view is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very convenient, near sm. Breakfast is not really nice though compare to other hotels with this price, also the swimming pool is small and has no view, its boring to swim there, and I booked the atv through hotel then I found out that klook is 50% cheaper than the hotel price, so booking atv there is not recommended. Overall, its a good hotel to stay, but not a good hotel if your expecting nice breakfast and activities.

FFulgencio PolThis is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to
make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi.

Ttravel_svetaThe hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service.

PPrimomoreSuch a great experience in this hotel. We stayed during the new years so our experience may have some difference to others. Love the place and ambiance of Spanish colonial architecture. We booked the family rooms with 10 pax each. Both rooms are wide and well designed. The other room located by the parking has some privacy concerns as it opens directly to the entrance drop off and its doors are not acoustically treated against noise. Location wise, the hotel is near the city center. You can either walk or ride a tricycle around town. The prices are really cheap for the ambiance you get. Sourcing food was our only issue especially breakfast or on the spot orders. They took time to be prepared. But then again, it was the holidays. Most cafes and restaurants nearby were closed so we adjusted to it. Staffs were really accommodating and friendly. Service feels more of a relaxing tone than a formal and strict one so we felt like at home just hanging around the compound. Highly recommended place especially for the cost.

DDaniel Tamaño WareI chose this accommodation because it was the most prestigious in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has fantastic views from the pool and gym. The spacious reception with quality wooden furniture stands out, as does the chapel. The breakfast is extremely varied and delicious.
However, the room didn't feel as inviting. From inside, you couldn't see Mayon Volcano directly; you had to go out onto the balcony, which had no furniture, and lean quite far to the left. The sheets smelled good, except for the decorative pillow, which smelled really bad. The shower had signs of limescale, and the bathroom in general seemed to be cleaned very superficially. The furniture in the breakfast area should also be changed; the transparent plastic chairs are not aesthetically pleasing. There's an error on Trip.com that states it's a five-star hotel, but it's really not, and it shows.
Despite all of this, I would definitely stay here again for the staff and breakfast. Also for the dining options available throughout the day. It's worth noting that this hotel is supposed to be the best in Legazpi.

The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

GGuest UserThe AC is excellent he bed are firm really good and the heavy blanket is wonderful and warm you can really sleep very well. I like this place as the only hotel that has elevator and the bathroom is really cleaned with hot water. Just a little noisy at night time as the cleaner seems keep cleaning having this cart keep pulling kind of noisy. Other than that it’s nice stay.
