Entraram e ficou surpreendente ver tudo o que precisamos Na sala.
A cama estava no céu, o pequeno-almoço me Fez feliz e ELA, ainda Mais feliz ☀️
Tentaram rebookar, mas eles foram reservados completamente, então eles ficaram no Hotel de SUA irmã, ”Tides”.
Não posso esperar para ficar novamente x

Visitei o hotel há um dia e confirmei a minha reserva.O hotel disse que não havia reserva.Acho que havia algo errado no Trip.com. É difícil confiar. Estava EM contacto com o pessoal Da Coreia e resolveu-o bem. Obrigado pelo pessoal. A família estava muito satisfeita no hotel, o pessoal é amigável e as instalações são boas.
É velho, MAS não desapontador, EU usei a sauna no hotel e depois de um Longo tempo, EU estava realmente BEM.

We didnt realise we could have requested a groud floor bedroom. It was tough as an 80 year old lugging three cases and various other items up the stairs. I looked for a lift but couldnt find one. Otherwise apart from the inside of the bathroom door which needs some attention it was ok.

Great stay.. Front staff was really helpful in dealing the issues Assossiated with the booking.. Also provided extra towels to help our stay.. Very clean rooms..

Grande localização, pessoal amigável e profissional, muito limpo e degustado, também Muito agradável ver é UMA Grande tela de TV Muito raramente Vista noutros lugares que ficámos
Especialmente assistindo a um jogo de rugby vivo (todos os negros batem as caixas)
Muito confortáveis camas de linho grande e cobertores fizemos uma casal de banho com banho e 2 camas duplas
Muito recomendado e a grande taxa
Estamos ansiosos por ficar aqui novamente.

GGuest UserWe booked a 2 room cabin, the place was quiet that was nice but the place wasn't clean a dirty oven try left in the oven! Plates with crumbs on them! The bathroom fan didn't work so the cabin was super super damp, no soaps or shampoo dispensers were all empty! The bathroom and toilet door didn't close properly or quietly. The main bedroom must have a leak somewhere it rained on the last day and the carpet in the morning was super wet along the window. Couches were uncomfortable feels like it pushes you head forward and the TV had no Internet connection to watch Netflix like advertised. The place is very run down and needs a really really good clean! The accommodation was close to town and quiet. I wouldn't recommend this place spend an extra $100 and stay somewhere else

AAnonymous UserClean and good location. Just by the beach. Strong sense of service. Before we checked in, the boss had turned on the heating and was very intimate. There is parking space. The bathroom equipment is a bit old, but it does not affect the living.

Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks)
Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds
Highly recommended and at a great rate

SSaranSSBrilliant place, very big room with a kitchen as well. Absolutely great after hours service as well. We arrived late and told the hotel before and the reception still came out of the back room to help us and recommended us with great spots to go visit and great dinner places as well. Had too short a stay at this place, will definitely come back for a longer visit. They even have a bathtub!!

FFanieWe stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment. We received excellent communication before our arrival, which made check-in extremely smooth. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It is very close to the centre of town (about 2 minutes) with lots of restaurants and shops within easy reach. It is also only a 15 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommended!

Amazing
NNathanThis hotel would have got 5 star from me for every aspect if not for its mess over my bill. The hotel, in all fairness, is really good. It’s clean, reasonably spacious, and it’s tastefully decorated. More importantly, it has everything! All kitchen ware, washing machine, dryer, etc etc all in the room itself. Perfect for us who are on a long travel itinerary. Highly recommended. However, after I checked out, they charged me for the nights that I’ve already prepaid. When I got in touch by email, no response. By phone, the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything. Only the manager could handle it and he/she only comes on Sundays. On Sunday, I couldn’t get through the phone. So I’m getting help from a Trip.com agent. So far, this matter is still hanging. Hopefully it can be resolved soon and the overcharge can be refunded.
