The room is too small and the facilities are very basic. Breakfast is okay, but one meal doesn't matter. The front desk clerk enthusiastically asked me to make a call on my mobile phone.

This hotel is quite dated and it was disappointing to see that the hotel wanted to charge guests for water in the room. Also, the sink and bathroom in the room were not properly maintained. However, the breakfast was good.

The location is very convenient, there is a shopping mall on the side, shopping is very convenient, there is a Chinese restaurant opened by Taiwanese downstairs, the taste price is very good, you can choose this hotel

Excellent hotel with airport shuttle. Delicious Nicaragua full breakfast. With in walking distance to a mall with a good food court. The amenities very nice with an outdoor pool & lounging areas. The rooms are comfortable. Good air conditioning. The service is excellent. Very accommodating staff.

This was 3rd time to stay at this hotel because I like silent place like this hotel. However, it seemed they never changed bed sheets & pillow covers and never washed used glasses. I was bitten by some small insects all my body. However, comparing with other similar hotels with this reasonable price, it is still much reasonable. I will come back to this hotel again.

Had a very comfortable sleep and enjoyed breakfast as well.
The hotel is very close to the bus station, but far from the city center attractions.
This hotel allows people to relax and unwind in it.

everything good but noise of poolside wedding party is too.huge.that disturbed all tenants. can you put a little control to the volume. it makes the hotel like disco and inside the room and dining facilities and in lobby we are hear the beats from the pool!!

AASmithThis hotel is across the street from the hotel and has a 24 hour shuttle service. They are very prompt in their replies via WhatsApp. The bed is comfy, room is clean and the wifi is fast enough for online video calls. One con is I never could get the hot water to work in the shower but I live in Nicaragua so I’m used to cold showers lol. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has good, local options.

테테리로그I was tired when i arrived, The owner tried to explain too much. It was a general content such as wash the dishes if you have used them in the kitchen, but even though this is common sense, I ordered it to read it carefully. I was annoyed from check-in and tried to buy a coke, but they said they didn't accept dollar coins and only paper dollars, making it inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe folder charged me the money again after I paid on the trip platform, claiming that the platform only gave them 27% and charged me again 31 dollars more, saying that the platform does not advertise that it has two types of rooms, one with fan and the other with a/c and it costs 58 dollars a/c the pool area is dirty the water in the pool is green in short the hotel is kind of neglected
