Experience: Comfortable and Modern, but Lacks Nearby Amenities This serviced apartment hotel left a deep impression on me. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with brand-new facilities. Being newly built, the hygiene was absolutely impeccable, and the overall decor was simple and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. However, it's worth noting that the surrounding area is still quite undeveloped. There's only a small supermarket downstairs, which is convenient enough for daily necessities, but if you want to eat out or have more food options, you'll definitely need to drive. I recommend bringing extra snacks or instant food before checking in, to avoid getting hungry at night. Additionally, due to the high number of residents, elevator waiting times can be long, especially during morning and evening rush hours. If you're in a hurry, I suggest planning your check-out in advance to avoid peak times. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, modern accommodation environment and don't mind the temporary inconvenience of the surroundings, this is still a good choice. It's suitable for travelers with their own car and those who prefer a quiet stay.

Pleasant stay. The check-in process is very nice as it only requires me to use the kiosk. Very close to the airports.

Even is a long times years hotel, but when you step in to hotel, you will feel very comfortable and like it. The room is big enough. Just some part in the room maybe hotel management overlook. But room door third lock spoiled,. But i choose to ignore it because i feel safe in the hotel.housekeeping need to alert because in my room toothbrush shower cap only provide one instead of 2.room slipper ourstanding but i able request blfron the staff. Check in and check out feel Smooth. Hotel got gym room, swimming pool etc. Last, car park need to pay RM4 and not free.

Very new apartment building. Well furnished with mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, microwaved, induction cooker, pots & utensils etc. Bed was comfy, room was clean. There is shampoo & body wash but no hand wash. Aircon & fan works well too. There is a convenience store just beside the lobby Only down side is that the location is very new so its not that searchable on Google map. So grab drivers who use external GPS instead of the grab GPS will have difficulty finding the pick up point.

Had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, I really loved the atmosphere and would definitely come back again. However, I did face two small issues during my stay. The handheld shower didn’t work when using the bathtub, and the power socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn’t functioning. It wasn’t a big inconvenience, but hopefully it can be fixed for future guests. Other than that, everything was great and I truly enjoyed my stay. Would happily return!

The check in and out process is pretty fast since I have reserved online. The staff are friendly. The front desk assisted me to change and upgrade the room for me after I checked the room. Comfortable bed and overall it's good. Downside is their lifts take quite awhile and it would be fantastic if they decided to improve the quality of their restaurant.

The room, environment, and service were all great. The only minor downsides were the lack of a hairdryer and having to request disposable slippers, but the breakfast was quite rich and offered a variety of local specialties.

Requests of masjid view. But need to request again upon check in. Luckily I got it. Book for my Singapore Family stay. Good experience for them. And walking distance to mall just need to cross the road. Overall happy.

Very spacious room. Water pressure and aircon all very good. The king size bed is big can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. By walking distance to one utama, driving also very convenient, directly drive from hotel parking to one utama. If u want to use MRT, walking can reach. Very convenient.

Sunway Pyramid Hotel room is spacious,sleek and clean. Equipped with all sorts of amenities with strong WIFI. It is located next to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and Sunway Pyramid Mall. Both are the largest theme park and shopping centre in Sunway City. Food is extra good with Gordon Ramsay entered into this premise as well as endless options in the mall. From reception, concierge, waiters to room service staff, all are friendly and helpful. Moreover, room rates are reasonable and affordable.
