Nice apartment to stay for a few days in Tivat.
The apt had everything that we needed. The hosts were very nice. Communication in English was challenging. But we could use google translate, so that was not a big problem. Make sure you have a rental car if you plan to go for excursions as taxi drivers are charging you double. The owner was very nice and drove us back to the airport for 20 euros. Walking to the beach is about 15 min. and the supermarket is only 5 min. away.

Безусловно прекрасный отель , персонал заменил номер по приезду на улучшеный, это был приятный бонус ! Завтраки у воды, это отдельное наслаждение, все очень вкусно, чисто и гостиприимно ! Мы в восторге , этот отель для ценителей красоты , тишины и комфорта ! Муж сказал вернемся еще раз ))

В целом отель очень неплохой. Море в 2х минутах ходьбы. До аэропорта ехать 5 минут.
Отдельно хочу отметить администратора Эльгиза. Помог абсолютно со всеми вопросами. И по поводу такси и по поводу регистрации. Встретил нас очень душевно, абсолютно любая помощь. Большое ему спасибо за отзывчивость. Нам было очень приятно!

Очень понравились апартаменты. Свежий ремонт, красивая локация! На ресепшен есть русскоговорящий персонал, который всегда рад помочь! Коммуникация вся по вотсапп. На территории комплекса есть свои рестораны, магазины, аптека и больница.

Отличное местоположение - прям на берегу моря. Наличие всего необходимого и даже больше. Отличный балкончик. Большая парковка. В сезон будет замечательно, но сейчас в номере очень холодно. А полы вообще ледяные.

Great location close to the beach, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. We had a large shared balcony/ terrace on our floor.
They claim they have a private beach, however, it's just a normal beach like anywhere else where you have to pay for the loungers like everybody else regardless if you're a guest of theirs or not. Well, you get a 2 euro discount, which is a bit of a joke.

Да, это новый отель. Всё новое, никем не тронутое. Большая удобная кровать с хорошим бельем. В номере есть все что, нужно, он просторный, есть французский балкон. Большая ванная с огромной душевой, где очень комфортно мыться. До Порта Монтенегро минут 5-7 ходьбы. Рядом, я бы даже сказал снизу и магазины и продукты и кафе.
Но!
Есть одно но! Во время нашего пребывания продолжался ремонт! Звук не давал выспаться и находиться в номере с 8:30(9:00) утра до 16:00. Это было невыносимо. Я просил, умолял персонал сделать хоть что-то, потому что я все-таки на отдыхе, но они не сделали ничего. Вообще ничего. Уже при чек-ауте мне зачем-то предложили ужин в качестве компенсации. А до этого вы чем думали? Зачем мне ужин, когда вылет через 2 часа. Персонал, конечно, приветливый, вежливый, но решать проблемы они не умеют.

Удобная общая кухонная зона.
Главный минус - общий санузел на этаже, отсутствие звукоизоляции с коридором.
Окна без занавесок, нужно закрывать наружные ставни

Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated.
Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater.
I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got.
Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel.
Beyond our expectations.

GGuest UserThis is simply amazing. This hotel is one of the best. Absolutely amazing. I wanted to come back just because of the hotel. There's a wonderful beach across the street with great sun loungers. The hotel has an excellent spa. Breakfast is 10 out of 10. I rarely write reviews like this. Absolutely amazing!!

SSatiriadisYes, it is a new hotel. Everything is new, untouched. A large comfortable bed with good linen. The room has everything you need, it is spacious, there is a French balcony. A large bathroom with a huge shower, where it is very comfortable to wash. It is a 5-7 minute walk to Port Montenegro. Nearby, I would even say below, there are shops, food and cafes.
But!
There is one but! During our stay, renovations were ongoing! The noise did not allow us to sleep well and stay in the room from 8:30 (9:00) in the morning until 16:00. It was unbearable. I asked, begged the staff to do at least something, because I was on vacation, but they did nothing. Nothing at all. Already at check-out, for some reason, they offered me dinner as compensation. And what were you thinking before that? Why do I need dinner when my flight is in 2 hours. The staff, of course, is friendly, polite, but they do not know how to solve problems.

Originally we were booked into Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay as online reviews were fairly similar however after numerous issues, both with room and poor service at original hotel, we decided to move to The Chedi and were so happy we did, as experience was night and day difference. From arrival and throughout our stay we felt welcomed and hotel ambiance was great, service was impeccable and friendly from all staff members, and the view from our room was incredible. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip great, we will definitely be returning soon.

TTopnastBeautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very clean and surrounded by a commercial street. You don't have to worry about food and department stores, you can buy everything, including luxury goods and perfumes. It is unexpectedly comfortable. The scenery is even better when the sun is shining. The hotel's breakfast is buffet, and you can occasionally encounter cats. Although the cats in Montenegro are basically wild, they are very friendly. What's even better is that someone will come and ask you if you need coffee. The price is much cheaper than one&only. The sea view rooms on the fourth floor have balconies and are connected together, which is very suitable for traveling with friends. In general, I am very satisfied. If I go to Montenegro next time, I will still go here!
