"Excellent Stay at Kinton Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at Kinton Hotel. The place is packed with amenities and the service is truly top-notch. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. One huge plus is their self-service laundry and dryer – super useful, especially if you’re doing outdoor activities or a longer trip. The food was quite good, and the cleanliness was exceptional. On the first day, our room was accidentally missed during cleaning, but they immediately sent someone up as soon as we let them know – great responsiveness. I also booked via Trip.com, where it mentioned late checkout. The hotel honored that without hesitation, which I really appreciated. For a city that’s full of parties and adventures, it’s great to come back to a comfortable, clean, and calm hotel like this. "The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful with excellent customer service. They even prepared Muslim-friendly breakfast for us — the chef kindly cooked porridge especially for us. We could easily book tours to Nam Xay Viewpoint and Blue Lagoon from the reception. The location is great too — near Elephant Crossing Hotel to watch the hot air balloons and close to Viengtara Vang Vieng Resort."

"This is a gem of a resort! We still talk about our stay here. Probably, one of the best pools I've been in. The views are incredible, the breakfast is sumptuous, the rooms are exceptional, and the spa is fantastic! The ONLY drawback I can think of is the (approx 15 min) walk back from the center of town (we felt very safe!) Getting to town center is not an issue as they have a shuttle service (5-7 drive) But if that is not an issue for you, then just go and stay here and you will not regret it"

"Residing in the bungalow, such a nice place, everything was necessary, even asked the teapot and that gave without problems. Excellent location, near the night market, also not far from the cave and blue lagoon, there you can swim, jump from the tarzank and ride on the boat. Take a bike and look around, in Laos it's beautiful nature, people. The cars are driving neatly."

"This hotel felt quite run down. We arrived to the lobby with two old mattresses leaning against the wall. The room was big and had lovely views, however, the door had cracks in it that you could see through to the hallway and hear everything going on outside the room. The bathroom is in need of desperate repair. The AC roared loudly on and off all night, the metal from the AC rattled the windows. The sheets did not fully cover the mattress (just a loose sheet on top of the bare mattress, so in the night I found myself touching the old mattress with my hand). White duvet had stains. Pool was really nice with river views, definitely the highlight of our stay. We went elsewhere for breakfast after seeing what was offered. Staff were helpful in booking a tuk tuk and storing our luggage for the day."

There are plenty of dining options, shopping, and attractions nearby, so getting around is a breeze – you can go anywhere easily. The hotel environment is also very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, making for a relaxing stay. My favorite parts were the pool and billiards area; it was great to unwind there in the evening, creating a wonderful vibe! Breakfast is served on the 5th floor from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. It's super convenient to have it right in the hotel, and the variety was good, really starting the day off right. The hotel has 8 floors in total. If you want a more comfortable stay with better views, I highly recommend choosing the Deluxe View Room. The scenery outside the window is truly beautiful and makes for fantastic photos. If you're on a budget, the Economy or Standard rooms are also great value for money. Regardless of the room type you choose, you still get access to the hotel's public areas like the pool and breakfast area, and you can still enjoy the mountain views surrounding the hotel. Overall, the experience is excellent. Overall, it's perfect for a vacation or a trip with friends. I'll definitely be back next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"
