"O hotel é limpo e os funcionários são muito simpáticos. "This was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff! Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent). The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)! It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m. The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask. Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold. The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning."

"Overall, the experience was quite good. The hotel is very close to the beach—only about a five or six-minute walk—and also near the express bus terminal, making it very convenient. The room had a nice ocean view, was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the room design wasn’t very convenient. For example, there were no power outlets by the bed—the only ones were on the TV stand—and the light switches were a bit far from the bed, which made it slightly inconvenient. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay with great value for money, an excellent location, and satisfying service."

"Room was nice and clean with a kitchenette but lacked cookware of any type. The location was excellent. Close to amenities, the beach and Seoraksan National Park. They could use a water dispenser for guests to fill their water jugs. There was a bit of street noise since the windows were not double but only single. The room was not cleaned the entire 4 day stay but water and fresh towels were hung on the doorknob each day. Overall it was a clean, comfortable room with either a great mountain view or a sea view. The price was also very good."

Traveling with a 2-year-old child It was nice that there was a children's playground, an indoor pool, and a large hot spring bath. The child was very satisfied. The dinner buffet had delicious snow crab and sashimi. There were various activities on site, as well as a convenience store, restaurant, and cafe, so we could enjoy ourselves all day at the resort. About 20 cm of snow fell in the middle of the night, but the staff worked hard to shovel it away, which was great. There were mats laid in the pool to prevent slipping, but they were not all over the place, so the tiled parts were slippery, so please be careful if you have small children. I asked for bed guards when I checked in, but they never came to install them.

I spend 45 minutes standing for checking in the hotel. There are three check in counters but only one was operating with very slow speed. Before me only four queues but took about 45 minutes to process all of them. First impression was so bad. Location, cleanliness, foods, and facilities all good except the services of the staff. I don't know how Lego could allow such a service quality to its own brand. If you never visit I would recommend but be prepared for the poorly service mind of the staff. For me, one is enough. Rather go to other countries than Legoland Korea.

The hotel room was clean, big and comfortable. I had lake view. The hotel is located near the lake, the beach and restaurants as well as convenience stores and bus stops. Gangneung Coffee Street is a bus drive of 15 minutes away. However, I was shocked when the staff informed me about the admission fee for the swimming pool: 30.000 korean won!!!! It is not mentioned on Trip.com neither ***********. Anyway, the admission fee is far too high. I have chosen the hotel for its swimming pool. Next time in Gangneung, I will choose another hotel: this hotel only offered a clean and comfortable room, for a high price, but Gangneung has many hotels with clean and comfortable rooms, that are also located nearby the beach, lake, restaurants and bus stops, but for a better price.

The room and bathroom was clean and wide. There was heating in the room, Netflix, amenities for comfortable stay. As I saw, there is a free breakfast in the morning for the guests (except Mondays), so I couldn’t try it but I was absolutely satisfied with the room.

The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby. Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all. The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself. Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip. We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat. The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned. The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski. During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house. My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes. I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly. Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.

Delicious and varied breakfast. Comfortable room with everything you need (they even provide pajamas). But unfortunately, the shower drain didn't work well, and water splashed out. The hotel is located next to the beach, a pleasant place for walks in the pine forest.

So I often eaten in Gyeongpo and took a taxi. - Not bad, but overall a little poor 1. No quilt, just a very thin cloth on the mattress 2. I can't lie down watching TV (only a mat on the double floor TV is below) 3. The terrace is small and the door is not locked 4. Spa bathtub is good. But dust comes out. A little lack of hot water. Spa facilities but no robes. Towels were a bit wet - Good point. 1. It's quiet and not ocean view, but the sea is very close 2. The rooftop barbecue place was good 3. ok to take pictures 4. It's a good place to take a lot of luggage I told you what you needed by text with the boss.

The location is convenient, with direct elevator access to the beach, and the hotel exterior is beautiful. There are also many photo opportunities. On the first floor, there are kids' play facilities and a CU convenience store, which is handy for snacks and drinks. The breakfast variety was average, a bit disappointing. Overall, it was pretty good, and the scenery is stunning.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Location,close to the beach and the express bus terminal. There is a bus stop right outside with bus to Seoraksan national park. And Sokco city center. About 10-15 min by bus to the center. A few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful.Good view from the balcony on high floor rooms. Recommended.
