"Attentive service and excellent location. The hotel is located on the 5F floor of a shopping mall, which is 1 min away from Shinkansen, train and tram station. We were glad that it was so close to the station as we arrived at late night. Walkable distance to the famous Starbucks and also museums. Convenient for shopping and food hunting. There is also a small supermarket on the 1st floor."

"Throughout my stay in Japan, i think love this hotel the most. Not just because the price is very economic, the location is so easy access to everywhere, the cleanliness, and the facilities are all completed. The staffs all are all so helpful. Even the room size for solo traveler is pretty decent. If I ever going to Takaoka again, I will definitely come here again."

"We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. There were a large variety of dishes, and they were replenished quickly. The staff was polite and professional in dealing with the guests. As we didn't want housekeeping services on the second day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised when a box with all the daily amenities was delivered to our room. It was a well run hotel with thoughtful touches to make the guests feel at home."

"We visited almost all the onyado nono in Japan. This one is good as usual, one difference is little private onsen in the room. The water quality is good. Although it is a bit far from station, it offers free shuttle tram ticket (the tram is at the doorstep). The glass museum nearby was worth visiting."

"大変お世話になりました。 シングル部屋を予約しましたが、ツイン部屋だったので、驚きました。ベット一台使わせていただきました。ありがとうございました。 清潔面では、バスのお湯が溢れた時の排水口や蛇口の周りなどカビがあったので、歯磨き後の歯ブラシで掃除しました。小さいブラシで掃除すると尚良いかと思います。他の部屋も綺麗にして欲しいです。あとはゆったり過ごすことができました。"

"流石オータニです。朝食も最高に美味しく頂きました。2泊目は清掃作業不要でお願いしましたが、バスタオルとかゴミ片付けまでしないのはびっくりでしたが、フロントで新しいバスタオル等頂きました。 また雨での傘貸出も良好です。強いて言えば周りが閑散としているので夕食等は近くのコンビニ利用がいいかな　秋吉とか居酒屋はありますが人出が少なくひっそりです。月曜日の朝はインバウンドの外国人が多かったですが火曜日の朝は少なく落ち着いて朝食いただきました。"

"お祭りのメイン会場まで徒歩20分ほどでしたが、駐車場の心配をすることなく楽しめました。わたしたちの目的からしたらアクセス◎ですが、氷見駅からは遠いのでタクシー利用となります。 ホテル内の食事処の営業時間は18-21時と短く、周りに歩いていける飲食店はほぼないですが（魚民くらい）セブンイレブンは近くにあります。ホテルの大浴場は手狭ですが、温泉でした。 大浴場のところにコイン洗濯機がありますが、いつもいっぱいだったので、目の前のコインランドリーに行きました。すぐ洗えるのは助かります。 朝食の内容はルートインという感じでしたが、富山らしいものも（かまぼこや、ホタルイカ）いくつかありました。 ロビーにコーヒーマシンがあり、テーブルのある席もあって、チェックインまで少し時間があったのですが涼しく過ごすことができました。"

"Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did."

"I had a wonderful stay at APA Stay Toyama. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. My room was cozy and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent value for the price. I would definitely choose APA Stay Toyama again on my next trip to the area."
