Very attentive staff, will greet us whenever we walkion and out of the hotel and always ready to serve. Very helpful staff when I fell sick and my wife asked them for help, they readily provided information. Generally the team at the hotel are for nice people. We had a pleasant stay although I wasn't well.

1. Both swimming pool and hot spring are provided with good stadium view 2. Staff are nice 3. Room size over 24 sq meter which is very big and clean 4. Room is comfortable and silent for sleeping very well 5. it is difficult to find hotel entrance by driving car and signage to hotel at nearby road is recommended 6. Free drinks are provided in refrigerator 7. Stadium view room is recommended for reservation 8. Car parking 2000 yen per night is a bit experience 9. Suggest Hotel to consider in providing stadium tour for hotel guests 10. There is no coin Laundry which is not convenient. 11. Not enoguh signage to hotel entrance when driving inside stadium

Stayed one night in this hotel, the interior is new and clean. The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture. This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one. I personally like the public bath a lot, especially the outdoor pool. The room has the body wash and shampoo, other toiletries can be self service from the reception. Not forget about the location, just a stone throw away from 2 tram stations, basically you could travel around Nagasaki from these 2 tram stations. One thing worth mentioning is, the bus no 5 that goes to Inasa-yama park cable care and slope care station, is just few minutes from the hotel, which is a pleasant surprise and saves me a lot of time when I was trying to find my way to the park. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, highly recommend it!

The hotel is located right at the Hamamachi shopping street. It is easily accessible by bus and tram. There are many restaurants and eateries in the area. It is within walking distance to Chinatown. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and value for money.

We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Wingport Nagasaki. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and close to many shops and restaurants, which made getting around Nagasaki really convenient. Overall, a great place to stay and excellent value for the location!

Our trip to Huis Ten Bosch was compounded a hundred fold by staying at Hotel Okura Jr. The place is awesome and has a boat ride exclusive for hotel guests. The room is spacious and the breakfast is amazing! Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Huis Ten Bosch Nagasaki!

O Atendimento é sensacional, a localização é otima, não fornecem garrafa de agua no quarto, a acomodação nao foi muito confortavel, pois a cama é menor que uma cama de casal e realmente nao cabe duas pessoas. Eu Infelizmente tive mais um problema, fui premiada com um alojamento com cheiro de cigarro, contatei a recepção que prontamente tentaram resolver o meu problema, mas o hotel estava lotado e nao podiam trocar de quarto e eu tive que suportar o cheiro do cigarro por dois dias. Isso acontece porque o hotel aceitam fumantes e não fumantes ao mesmo tempo, com isso se o numero de quarto para nao fumantes esgotar, voce sera hospedado em um quarto que alguem fumou, simples assim. Eu nunca mais farei uma reserva em um hotel que adota a política de alguns quartos para nao fumantes. Fica a dica. Além do cheiro do cigarro , o banheiro cheirava a mofo porque entra muita agua entre a banheira e a parece que nao é vedada e a umidade que fica constantemente ai, com certeza cria muito bolor.

Clean, comfortable beds and located nearby Chinatown. Room was a bit small so do take note if you have big luggages. There was a small table with 2 chairs in the room which took up a bit of space. I checked in rather late and the staff manning the reception looked overworked and tired, hence he didn't come across as really welcoming and friendly. When I checked out the next morning, it was him as well but he looked better. Breakfast was quite ok with a lot of variety. A near drive to Dejima wharf. Recommended for couples or solo travelers.

Places of interest easily accessible by tram as there is a tram station near the hotel. Staff are super helpful.

O hotel está a pé Da estação JR e um Grande shopping mall. Embora a sala seja muito velha, a vantagem é que é grande e eles têm colocado a cama extra para o meu filho e ainda temos muito espaço para colocar nossas 3 bagagens e abrir-lhes completamente.
