Esperaba estar en un hotel bueno, comodo y agradable y he encontrado todo eso y mas cosas. Entre esas mas cosas un restaurante con una carta y una cocina muy buena y muy superior a lo que esperaba.
I have always had a good impression of WESTIN, but this time it was overturned, and the child decided not to live in this brand of hotel anymore. One is that the room is too simple, not like a five-star hotel at all, and the other is that there are cockroaches in the room, which is unbelievable.
Great experience! The hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Town North Railway Station. Facing the city's most lively square, but the rest is very quiet at night. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there were shops with great breakfast nearby. Basically all attractions are within walking distance, and the market is also, except for the need to take a taxi to the beach. The hotel decoration is very traditional, and the soft color does not affect the rest. Hotel facilities are very new and very convenient to use. The room space meets the standards of most European cities, but the space design is reasonable, easy to use, and the channel walks are usually. The bedding and toiletries are very comfortable. The front desk staff was very patient and explained clearly. The only thing that needs to be improved is the restaurant. There are more people at dinner, and the service staff can't keep up, resulting in a long time to ask if you want to drink water. But it is indeed a hotel worth going to again.
The hotel environment and location are great! It is close to the seaside and has beautiful scenery; the hotel is first-rate in hygiene and has rich breakfast and dinner; the hotel staff are friendly and provide enthusiastic service. I chose a sea view room. The room is spacious and bright, elegantly decorated and fully equipped. It is the best choice for watching the sunrise over the sea.
There is no room facing the beach, so the scenery is average. The hotel is very close to the beach. Overall it is pretty beautiful. The hotel should have been built a long time ago and have historical stories. The breakfast is average and there is nothing special.
The location is prime being so close to the beach which takes about 3 minutes. The C6 bus from airport takes about 20 minutes and then takes about 3 minutes to get the hotel. Lots of choices of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold choices. More than a continental breakfast. The hotel also serves Cava and white wine for breakfast. Would recommend staying here again. The room is very clean and has all the amenities you need.
The room is very big, clean and small balcony. The air is very convenient for ordering. The price is very affordable. The front desk service is very good. The hotel has a paid shuttle. There is no supermarket around the hotel.
The rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly.
The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.
Most attractions are within walking distance. The front desk service is professional and enthusiastic. They recommended many restaurants to us, all of which were delicious! The room service is considerate and clean every day! 💌I will come again next time!

FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time.
Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor.
Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it.
Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language.
Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.
GGuest UserEverybody was very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and the food was delicious. The hotel can be easily reached by public transport, moreover the sea is just a 10- minute walk from it.
We had a wonderful time there. I can recommend it to everyone.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff were very friendly, and there was a free, secure underground parking lot for guests. The rooms were impeccably clean, and there was a very comfortable bathtub. Overall, if you're arriving in Alicante by car, this is an excellent choice, and I highly recommend it.
VVinci7788The hotel is clean, modern with all the necessities. It’s located in an industrial area close to the airport and there is nothing around but it’s also next to a commercial center (complete with brands and restaurants) plus it’s only a 15mins to Valencia city center by car. There is also free parking within the hotel area with gate hence quite safe. The room decent (as expected) and clean. The toilet is a capsule type of toilet which works well.
Everything is perfect for the quality and price and I would give it a 5/5, except there is no air conditioning in the room when I’m travelling in May. Reason being it’s centralised and they think the weather is still decent and not warm enough to justify turning on the air conditioning. I’m not sure if they ever tried sleeping in but it was horrible. It’s like sleeping in a sauna. Having the windows open helped but around 2am, there’ll be bad smell from factories nearby. The sole purpose of a hotel is allowing the customers to rest and sleep comfortably and it has failed despite all the other features and good services. It’s such a pity
MM31757****Very good, very close to the Science City, the Science Museum is very interesting. There is also a very large Carrefour supermarket and a shopping center with many shops and restaurants nearby. There are Chinese restaurants, Western restaurants, kebabs, Japanese food, etc. next to the hotel. There are many free parking spaces with white lines around, but it is not easy to find a space. We parked the car in a large parking lot 10 minutes walk away, which is also free. The roads in Valencia are too difficult to drive. There are many traffic lights at the roundabouts. Be careful when driving by yourself.

The good : It’s very central. It has the hotel parking, even though that car park is quite small, if it’s full there’s a public car park next door. The room itself is spacious, decent shower, beds fairly comfortable.
The bad. : the AC. We arrived in the room, it was 30 degrees outside. We changed and left our AC on whilst we went out for dinner. When we came back the room was like a sauna. I went down to reception and the woman said “ah I can turn it on from here”. So clearly they have some sort of energy saving policy, but come on, it’s 30 degrees outside. The room did get a fraction cooler but I woke up in the night and the light was flashing on the AC where they must’ve turned it off again, and our room back to being boiling. And also the actual AC fans were only circulating “cooler” air up high on the roof and never felt like the air actually reached us on the bed. Heat rises, our room was too hot to begin with. Because of this I won’t stay here again.

The main problem was that air conditioner was not working. The lady in the front desk told us the air conditioners were not working in the whole building, so they could not do anything. I stayed on the 5 th of June, and it was 26 celsius degree. We felt very hot in the room, no fan, no air conditioner. That means no air flowing in the very small room. We woke up several times and sweating. My hair and my nighty were wet. Finally I got up to shower again. But we were still sweating, couldn’t sleep well the whole night. That was terrible for tourists if they could not have a good sleep. I thought the staff should tell the customer that the air conditioner was not working before check in. Let the customer choose if they still want to stay. We ended up our sweating after we went to the strong air conditioning restaurant to have our breakfast.

I checked in directly after arriving early, so there should be available rooms. I met a total of 3 waiters and they communicated in English very smoothly. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable and big, the pillows are uncomfortable 😔, and the air conditioner is very noisy when it starts up for a while. The TV was placed very high up, very close to the bed, and it was very uncomfortable to look up at it. The bathroom is also very spacious, even the shower head and toilet flushing are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool. You can get towels at the front desk. You need a shower cap. The water is very cold. Two waves of foreigners ran away from the cold, haha. It is very clean and there is a sauna room (you need to make a reservation at the front desk before using it, it should be preheated). I bought a drink at the front desk for 2 euros a can, which is not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room is usable, but there is only one bottle of mineral water.
