環境非常不錯，酒店旁邊就有是海，沙灘非常漂亮，非常適合帶孩子去遊玩，也適合夏天度假，除了交通不是很便利之外其餘都非常好

EL HOTEL NOS CAMBIO DE HABITACION POR OTRA MUY SUPERIOR SIN NINGUN SOBRECOSTE. LA HABIACION ESTABA GENIAL CON PISCINA PRIVADA DENTRO DE LA HABITACION....TODO UN LUJO. EL EVENTO AL QUE ASISTIMOS ( LA GRAN FONDO ALBERTO CONTADOR ) ESTABA SUPER BIEN ORGANIZADO DENTRO DEL HOTEL Y AL TENERLO TODO AL LADO NOS FUE MUY FACIL ACEDER A TODOS LOS ACTOS ORGANIZADOS. LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL ESTAN SUPERBIEN CON JARDINES, PISCINA, ACESO A LA PLAYA PRIVADA , ECT, ECT, . EL DESAYUNO GENIAL. ADEMAS FUE UN ACIERTO PODER DESAYUNAR A PARTIR DE LAS SEIS DE LA MAÑANA PORQUE LA CARRERA EMPEZABA A LAS OCHO.

Acabo de chegar deste hotel. Não repetirei. O quarto que me foi atribuído no check-in era péssimo, antigo e com a varanda com vista para o parque de estacionamento. Quando pedi para trocar, ofereceram-me uma suite, muito antiga e por mais 40 euros por dia. Já estive neste hotel e sei que há quartos renovados e, dado que o hotel estava vazio, a única razão para me oferecerem uma suite era mesmo os 40 euros a mais por dia. A informação prestada relativamente à meia-pensão é apenas uma meia verdade. Ou seja, a refeição da noite está incluída SEM bebidas. Pode fazer-se a refeição num dos outros restaurantes mas apenas até ao valor de 36 euros. e não inclui room service. Fiz o check out mais cedo e cobraram a noite seguinte, o que não faz qualquer sentido dado que o hotel estava vazio. Diversos restaurantes do hotel fechados, sem qualquer tipo de informação. O "chiringuito" da praia não existe, apesar de dizerem que sim. A praia é deserta, sem qualquer tipo de apoio, seja para guarda-sois, seja para bebidas. Esta informação também está oculta em todo o lado. No geral, entendo que este hotel não é gerido por hoteleiros mas sim por financeiros. Querem ganhar dinheiro em tudo, sem qualquer tipo de estratégia de marketing, como por exemplo, subir um euro à meia pensão e oferecer com a refeição uma cerveja - que custa 30 cêntimos - ou uma água, sem terem aquela vontade irreprimível de cobrarem 2 euros por uma água à refeição.

Nice and well located hotel near Oliva. Beach is right behind the hotel, which gives extra value to the hotel. Reseption works super including car rental - 10 points ! Only minus is the food (dinner) and the old style and old rooms in some part of the hotel. Breakfast on the other hand is one of the best.

This hotel is not even close to 4* and lacked some of the most basic services. Very poor unstable wifi, none of the english channels were working throughout my stay and most of the staff outside of reception spoke very poor english. Room service was very poor and they charge you for having anything ordered to the room. I also found this hotel lacked vegetarian options throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We were in Oliva nova to play golf only and we didn’t utilize any of the facilities in the hotel. But the reception were helpful making reservations at restaurants and driving us to the golf course. Hotel restaurant dinner was not included in our package deal so we never ate there. Breakfast was nice though. All in all an average experience.

The first suit we were given was dirty and empty of any furnishings felt cold and uninviting swim up pool was dirty , we were moved to another room that was better but none of the plug sockets worked in the bathroom which had the only mirror so no good if you want to use straightening irons, no full length mirror, beds were uncomfortable and the shower was a trickle if used at 8am , breakfast was ok . We left feeling very disappointed as it was very expensive for a two night stay we were expecting a lot more from this hotel and definitely won’t be returning or recommending hotel needs a complete revamp and some TLC .

This was my third visit to Oliva Nova. I fly in from Canada and stay there a few nights to recover from jet lag before proceeding with travels in Valencia region. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is top quality and keeps me going all day. White sand beach is perfect for long walks to clear away the cobwebs. Thank you Oliva Nova. I’ll be back!

We only spent one night here but we loved it! Absolutely beautiful grounds and facilities. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommend !
