Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est très professionnel, bienveillant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité du service. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans les parties communes comme les toilettes de l’accueil.
Notre chambre, bien que légèrement petite, était parfaitement adaptée pour un couple. Elle sentait très bon et le ménage était impeccable. Petit plus très appréciable : les prises bien réparties dans la chambre, très pratiques !
Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié, avec un excellent café. Un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée.
Nous espérons sincèrement que cette belle dynamique sera maintenue dans le temps. Merci pour ce séjour parfait !

The hotel is basically OK, the facilities are too old, the room is too small, this price domestic five-star can also bring a luxury buffet, very quiet, just forgot to take a photo of the hotel.

we were two friends having two rooms and were staying during Ramadan, so we were the only guests there I guess.. they took care of us so well, we were very satisfied and will stay again in the near future

The environment is pretty good. It's near the exhibition. I've always lived here. The breakfast is also very rich and colorful, with everything.

3 stars is a bit high. The hotel room is small, the glass windows are covered with mud, the bed is small, the quilt is damp, and there are no toothbrushes, slippers and toiletries. There are few types of breakfast. The price of the buffet in the evening is the same as that of the Sheraton next door. The dishes are much different. Drinks at the buffet are charged separately. The only relief is that I chose a sea view room and relied on the sea to survive the past few days.

Located in Oran, 3 miles from Oran Santa Cruz fortress, Melissa Hotel has accommodations with a spa & wellness center and free private parking. Providing a restaurant, the property also features a terrace, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. The property provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transportation, room service and free WiFi throughout the property.
Guest rooms at the hotel come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. DDan HersTotally fine for an airport layover. Not as nice as the photo looks much more basic. Wifi didn’t work for me. Note no wifi at airport, and you need to call them on WhatsApp to arrange pick up. Return to airport at 5am was easy to arrange.
