Very good food and service, and perfect location. The only thing I don't agree with is that after you pay for a suite, you don't have the right to a toothbrush and toothpaste because you have to pay for it.

It's average, the room is medium sized, the main problem is that the soundproofing is poor. Living on the first floor, you can hear the noise from the front desk and the street, and there are a lot of texts. But the breakfast of this hotel is very good

+ The room is comfortable, breakfast is good. The hotel is located close to Metro Tour station. There is a free coffee on reception.
Suggestion: the tile in a bathroom is slippery when wet. A floor towel to absorb water will make toilet and sink usage more comfortable.

The best accommodation experience in this country, the hotel is new, all facilities are great, there is nothing wrong with it. The soundproofing is also very good, and I slept very comfortably at night. If you have a budget, this should be the best choice.

Excellent location in Santiago. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff are all very polite and customer oriented. The food and service in Tapas restaurant is fantastic. The included breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Customer service is outstanding here. Free shuttle to and from STI is also a big plus. The UBER drivers in Santiago attempt to overcharge on all airport pick ups and demand payment in cash. The hotel shuttle driver was right outside the arrivals door waiting for me and it was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is new and is next to the monument. The roostof had views of almost all the city. What we do, missing was more personal towel products, which I have seen in other hotels, such as toothpaste and sparkling, a pein.
The surroundings, in the night, did not inspire confidence and traffic prevented the streets from crossing safely, even in footsteps.
We didn't expect from the hotel, a payment when reaching 5,000.00 Dominican pesos, when reaching, to cover possible expenses in the hotel, which is returned to the exit or part of the money, if any service was consumed.

Did the staff ask for warmth and take the initiative to call a car?
There are also free cocktails in the executive corridor on the 6th floor.
The room has its own balcony and the facilities are very new.
The staff also took the initiative to give us a late check-out

GGuest UserA Solid 3-Star Hotel with Excellent Staff, But Some Major Drawbacks
We recently stayed at this hotel and would rate it as a good three-star property. The highlight of our experience was definitely the staff — incredibly caring, attentive, and always eager to assist. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference during our stay.
That said, there were a few significant downsides:
Lighting: The rooms are extremely dark, with minimal natural or artificial light, which made the space feel gloomy and impractical.
Breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast was completely inedible. After the first day, we gave up and ended up ordering McDonald's every morning instead.
Noise: The hotel has a nightclub on site, which makes it very noisy at night. The music from the club and the sound of guests walking and talking in the hallways continued well into the early hours.
In summary, the hotel could be a decent choice if you're not sensitive to noise and don’t mind sourcing your own breakfast — but it’s really the staff who elevate the experience.
