Exceptional! Forever the Best deli breakfast, Attention, Service, Installation

入住佩雷拉嘅epic suite，離開酒店時遺忘一部相機於酒店房間內，隨即打電話到酒店客戶服務尋找相機，可惜職員聲稱沒有發現，然後報警了也沒有用，提醒大家check清楚個人物品，貴重物品一定要跟身。

The hotel is always trustworthy, with clean, modern rooms and affordable prices. This is my chain store to Colombia. The breakfast was good, the restaurant staff was good, the breakfast was varied and there was an espresso machine. This is not very attractive

Excellent location and convenient travel

The good points were the location was excellent, close to the Main Street where businesses are located.  The value was equal to the price paid per day. The bad points were rooms have a dark interior, it has a kitchen but little to no accessories such as pots and pans, dishes etc.  Room had no window or balcony.  Guests were not allowed to enter rooms if the number of guests exceeded the amount of the reservations.  In my case I reserved my room for two , but had two friends visit me so they couldn’t go to the room, only one was allowed so it was rather inconvenient.  Staff was ok, but not the friendliest.

Great staff.  Clean hotel.

Lovely hotel. Wasn't very pleased with the service received at reception as I needed to pay an extra tax, without realising. And the management were unwilling to resolve my complaint.

The hotel is well located, a bit expensive for what it is, breakfasts is not so good, can be better

Excellent hotel! Beautiful scenery accompanied by wonderful service.

Although facing the street, the room was still very quiet. The hot water is very good and you can take a comfortable bath. Because I took an early flight the next day, the hotel could have breakfast very early and very rich. The service is very good, recommended.
