The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.
O Hilton nunca me decepcionou. O quarto incluía água mineral de cortesia, cafeteira e, como sempre, três toalhas. A piscina era fantástica e a praia ótima!

Foi uma boa relação custo-benefício. A água não era quente (mas também não estava fria, afinal, é clima caribenho, só não tem aquecimento) e ficava um pouco longe dos principais pontos turísticos (eu uso Uber de moto, então para mim estava tudo bem, custa cerca de 0,5 dólar por viagem).
Big room with amazing view. Standard breakfast. There are supermarkets and many restaurants around. Price very reasonable.
They charge 35$ for any visitors, even if you just invite your friend for prepaid breakfast. Not enough privacy and too much control.

CCarlosGExcellent service, very well attended, its staff is well prepared for guest service. Clean room. It offers a beach 50 meters away but currently there is no beach. They are under construction, so you must travel more than 500 meters to have access to one. The prices of minibar products are very high. I rate it overall 4.5/5
GGuest UserThe Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself.

It is also a historical site where you can have breakfast surrounded by lush tropical plants and mottled ancient walls with columns. It is wonderful! I am also very grateful for the recommendation of netizens this time. I am also an Accor member, so I chose it. The service is as warm and sophisticated as expected, and it is the first hotel I have encountered that gives a welcome gift - a big bag of Colombian coffee powder! It feels very thoughtful! GGuest UserThe food is ok, but the hotel is remote. It would be better if there is hot water in the swimming place. In addition, the hotel elevator takes a long time to wait. All the food in the hotel requires service charges.
GGrzegorz PodróżnikVery good hotel close to the beach and the old town. Helpful and extremely polite service at the reception. Delicious breakfasts with lots of fruit and unlimited options. We haven't had such breakfasts in all of Colombia for 2 weeks. The rooftop swimming pool is also open late in the evening. A small minus for the lack of drinking water in the room, but I don't think there is such a tradition in Colombia. I highly recommend this hotel as well as the Holida Inn chain. We use this network many times all over the world and have never had any problems.

CCHILLING$The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

The only one problem I have which I know is being addressed is the last 1/2 drive to the hotel is literally thru some rough unpaved road which can make you car sick if you suffer from motion sickness. Besides that which I said is being addressed a must visit to relax and be one with nature if you are in Cartagena
XXIANGDONGThe old 5 star hotel that stayed when I first came to CARTAGENA 10 years ago, was very impressed, especially for the courtyard layout, the swimming pool and the restaurant on the side. It arrived at around 10:00 am. It has been 28 hours flight and transfer from Beijing. It is really tired and I don’t want to wait until 3 pm (on the Intercontinental, I’ve received $50 for early check-in). The plan to stay; the front desk said that the room was ready to live, and agreed to advance the breakfast on the last day to the day, it is very rare, thank you! The front desk, restaurant and various services are very thoughtful, although the room looks old, still feel things Great value!
