I have to say, after traveling to so many places, Wuzhen's tourism really stands out for its meticulous and well-organized approach. It's incredibly standardized. My mom and I stayed in Room 2852 at No. 61b Linshui, and upon check-in, we were given two bowls of sweet soup. The proprietress told us to call if we needed anything, and the breakfast was so plentiful we couldn't finish it. The young man who helped us with our luggage at checkout was very enthusiastic. We had already walked some distance into the crowd, and he was probably worried about the stone paths damaging the wheels, so seeing him jogging with two suitcases in hand was really touching. Even after leaving the scenic area, customer service called to follow up on our stay, asking if we received the sweet soup, providing a contact number, and confirming luggage assistance. Prices in Wuzhen are low, and the service everywhere is warm and welcoming. All in all, our stay, including dining, lodging, and transportation in Wuzhen, was very comfortable. I hope all tourist attractions across the country can learn from Wuzhen.

Because I had an early flight the next day, I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Terminal 4 last night. I had already booked a scenic room on floors six to eight. However, after checking me in, the young lady at the front desk specifically emphasized that she had upgraded me to a scenic room on the sixth floor. When I told her I had already paid for the slightly more expensive scenic room, she pretended to check her computer and said they had two types of scenic rooms, and mine was the best kind. I was speechless! I believe the most basic service principle in the service industry should be sincerity. The front desk is the face of the hotel, and hypocrisy and deceptive tactics should never become a habit.

This hotel is located in the heart of Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's just a 5-minute walk to Wuma Street and the Shamiao River snack street. As soon as we arrived, the staff warmly greeted us with tea and roasted sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were absolutely delicious, especially in the winter! The staff were all very enthusiastic and told us about the hotel's breakfast. What truly stood out was that breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea are all complimentary at this hotel, offering incredible value for money. We really stumbled upon a gem here; it's a fantastic value! The room itself was also superb. The moment I walked in, I fell in love with it. It was very clean and tidy. The in-room massage chair was super comfortable, and having a free foot-soaking tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. Whenever we needed anything, the front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and even recommended nearby attractions in Wenzhou. If you're visiting Wenzhou, staying at Wenyuan Hotel offers exceptional value.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay in Hangzhou. Great hotel and beautiful location. The staff were exemplary. We also loved the robot! We were able to walk to West lake, take a trip across on a boat, and hike up to the tea fields, hills, and cable car. In the morning, we took coffee along the beautiful 五柳巷 and had evening drinks along 中山中路. We were sad to take the train back to Shanghai so soon!

It's just a 15-minute walk to the main attractions, and along the way, you can explore charming local streets and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. There are several old-school snack shops nearby, so you can just head downstairs in the morning for authentic wontons and soup dumplings, saving a lot of travel time. The room was spotlessly clean and bright. The window overlooked the street, and pulling back the curtains revealed a lively urban scene. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and after a day of walking, lying down felt incredibly relaxing. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, and the hot water came quickly and was consistently stable. A comfortable shower instantly cut my fatigue in half. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Not only did they hand-draw a tourist route for us, but they also shared tips on how to avoid peak crowds. When we checked out early for an early morning train, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us, including bread, eggs, and milk – perfect for grabbing and going. Overall, the experience was incredibly comfortable. There were no fancy frills, just genuine convenience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I bring my family!

This hotel has an old-fashioned feel, both in its hardware and software. The rooms are indeed dated, but a major plus is their spaciousness. The entire property is expansive, beautifully adorned with pavilions, terraces, waterside structures, and gardens. The service, however, is absolutely outstanding, reminiscent of a traditional, well-established five-star hotel – friendly, respectful, and dignified. When we arrived on the evening of October 23rd, our navigation led us to the North Gate. A female employee saw us and proactively escorted us to the lobby, introducing us to the hotel's landscape and facilities along the way. There were always multiple doormen on duty; one would handle luggage, and another would open car doors – a level of service I haven't even seen at Four Seasons properties in China. During check-in, an employee was constantly on standby next to the front desk, ready to take our luggage to the room. I'd say the service surpasses most five-star hotels in China. The breakfast offers a rich variety, leaning towards Chinese cuisine, and the complimentary dinner was also quite distinctive. The travel photography session felt a bit assembly-line, but overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

We booked a family room, which was clean and tidy. The butler contacted us the night before, and accompanied us to the hotel upon arrival at the scenic area, explaining in detail how to explore Wuzhen. This gave us a preliminary understanding of Wuzhen Xizha. They also provided a send-off service when we checked out. The butler was available 24/7 on WeChat, answering all our questions with incredible patience. A special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Dang, who made us feel right at home. She was warm but not overbearing, gentle but articulate. Although our time exploring Wuzhen Xizha was short, it left us with beautiful memories. ”In spring, the river water turns green like indigo, how can one not recall Jiangnan?” The hotel breakfast was also delicious, but the restaurant staff didn't seem very enthusiastic. Perhaps they hadn't fully woken up yet, but the food itself was still very good.

Thanks to its excellent location, Zhejiang Hotel is situated on the bustling Yan'an Road, less than 100 meters from the subway station, which offers convenient access to Hangzhou East Railway Station. I originally booked a double room, but when a friend joined me for the trip, the front desk reception kindly upgraded us to a twin room. The room was on a good floor with a spacious view. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with a great noodle bar and even freshly boiled farm eggs. At the tea station, they had a whole row of freshly brewed wellness teas, including red date and longan tea, rose and mulberry tea, dark tea, black tea, and more. Both Chinese and Western dishes were available. We sat on the large sofa chairs, enjoying the rich breakfast and sipping on the comforting teas – it was incredibly pleasant! A big thank you to Zhejiang Hotel for their excellent service, which perfectly rounded off our Hangzhou trip. See you next year!
