"The environment is absolutely fantastic! It's a riverside campsite, and you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed, with clever touches everywhere. We unfortunately spent too much time at the attractions and arrived quite late. The campsite offers a bonfire, BBQ, and Uighur girls dancing. On the way to the river, there's also a splash pad for kids, so we really should have arrived earlier. The only minor thing is the gravel path at the entrance, which seems intentionally designed. You can contact the camp beforehand to have staff help with your luggage, as it's a bit difficult to drag suitcases yourself. Also, the soundproofing in the tents isn't the best, but that's to be expected when choosing a campsite. Overall, it's a great camp, and the breakfast selection is very rich. You can also request an oxygen machine."

"I had a long layover at Ürümqi International Airport—my first time there—and booked this hotel the night before. It was very easy to find; you don’t even need to leave the airport. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the exit gate.
Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and appeared to be in a newly built or recently renovated hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my short stay.
Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. I managed to get a solid 8 hours of incredibly comfortable sleep—something I really needed during my layover.
Overall, this is an excellent choice if you have an overnight layover at Ürümqi. Convenient, clean, and restful."

"Staying because I am transit at the airport. Free shuttle service at all hours is very useful and the driver (a young man) was very nice. We are very grateful to him picking us up at 6am and dropping us off at 5am the next day.
Rooms are fine, especially for the price. Cleanliness could be a bit better given some loose hairs from previous occupants but like generally passable.
Breakfast was simple but nice. The old couple running the breakfast downstairs, again, we some super nice people. Really caring and I’d say well above my expectation.
In general, at the price, I would say it is worth it if you need a place near the airport."

"Awesome, I set it early. The date of arrival is a few weeks later, so I entered the off-season. The front desk took the initiative to tell me that the price has dropped, so I will set a new enjoyment of the current off-season price. I will not operate and guide **. . . The price is full! The service is very thoughtful. The bathroom is three separate. There are charging piles more than 200 meters nearby. There is a car wash opposite. Gongliu is a city with good greenery. At the crossroads diagonally opposite the hotel, I have been walking into a comprehensive market next to a community. There are several dried fruit shops in it that are very cheap. They are all zero-name Xinjiang local snack dried fruit dairy products. To make up for the anxiety that there is no place to buy specialties on the road, and there is no time to buy in Turks. Self-driving can buy and put on the car or let the boss help you send the courier. The hotel has its own parking lot. This hotel also has a washing machine dryer, saved."

LLonglidiansi。The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

CCecilia.zhaoWe were playing in Tashkurgan, and this hotel, newly opened, is very close to the town center. After eating at 'Guest from the Iceberg' (冰山上的来客), it was just a 10-minute drive to the hotel. It's a chain hotel, so the value for money is quite good.
Service gets full marks; the pretty lady at the front desk even gave me coffee. The security guard at night was also very nice, it's just that there was no cleaning lady available in the evenings!
The disaster, though, was our first night. We booked a family room. It was very spacious, especially the bathroom, which was huge! There was also a U-shaped sofa 🛋️ by the entrance. The two beds could be pushed together, which was convenient for our family. My first impression was that the bedding wasn't great; it didn't feel like pure cotton, it had a rustling texture and wasn't very soft against the skin. There was also a bug flying around in the room, which I swatted and killed on the sheets. So, I asked for the sheets to be changed. Since it was late, I just thought, 'Let's just change the sheets and sleep.' Next, for better sleep, I asked the security guard to get me two buckwheat pillows. The moment I replaced the pillows, I was genuinely speechless – there were several dead bugs under the pillow... different types of bugs, not just mosquitoes. At that point, I demanded a room change. We moved to another room, but there were still bugs flying around! Because it was so late and we had an early start the next day, we decided not to switch hotels again!
My first night's impression was really bad. We had originally packed our luggage and left it at the front desk, planning to pick it up that evening. However, after a tiring second day of sightseeing, and with the kids wanting to go to the hotel's billiard room, when we went to retrieve our luggage, we just decided to book a family room again on the spot. We requested a clean and tidy room from the hotel. The second night's room faced the same direction as the hotel entrance, and the distant view was quite nice! No other mishaps.
Overall, it offers great value for money. The breakfast is good, the service is excellent, the hotel laundry room is well-equipped, and the billiard table and kids' play area are also satisfying. The lobby is bright and spacious! Mineral water is directly placed at the front desk for guests to take.
The only downsides were the hygiene on the first night, and the lack of a cleaning lady on duty at night. There was only the security guard and one front desk staff member. The front desk said she couldn't leave her post, so changing rooms, changing sheets, and dealing with dead bugs all fell to the security guard, who had to run back and forth. It was a bit inefficient and slow. Given our long journey and late arrival at the hotel, all this dragged on until past 1 AM. We were truly exhausted!
I would still choose to stay for a second night because the family rooms are suitably large and the service is good.
Please, hygiene definitely needs to be improved; it would help elevate the hotel's standard!

BBengbengdetudouThis was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!

The lobby features a book bar and wellness tea, while the in-room amenities are of excellent quality. The bath and hand towels are all high-temperature sterilized and sealed. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of refined dishes. What truly stood out was the service; they paid close attention to our reservation requests and proactively upgraded our room, fulfilling our every need. The front desk and all staff members were incredibly polite, always asking if we needed assistance and offering help promptly and diligently. The hotel also provides services like car washing and station transfers. We stayed in two different room types with three people, and we all agreed this hotel offers fantastic value for money and made us feel right at home!

Needless to say, the picture is clean and tidy. The key point is to praise the boss uncle, it can be said that he is responsive! I want to get up early to see the morning fog boss drive to Shenxian Bay for free. Welcome fruit said that I want to eat watermelon. The boss directly cut half of the watermelon to let us eat. Breakfast is very convenient across the road, simple and warm, and thoughtful service. In addition, the location of the homestay is very good, take Line 1 in the transfer center, or walk a few hundred meters. The homestay is next to the old bridge, away from the noise of the main street, and the rest is very good. After the tourist group disperses in the morning and evening, it is especially pleasant to take a walk along the trail by the river to take pictures. Very suitable place to stay for two days! GGuest UserTraveling to Kanas, I stayed overnight in Altay and chose this hotel. The lobby and bathroom in the room are decorated in a gemstone style, which is very distinctive of the region. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, the bed was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent. Our room was close to the elevator, but we barely heard any noise and slept soundly until morning. What truly deserves praise is the rich breakfast; it was the most abundant we had at any hotel during our trip to Xinjiang, featuring local delicacies, and it was quite popular. There are some minor drawbacks: the shower water pressure wasn't great, and the trees on the street outside the hotel were small, making the surroundings seem a bit ordinary. However, considering this is in the remote northwest, and you can't compare it to standards in large coastal cities, you'll realize this hotel is quite good for the Northwest. Oh, and the hotel offers a complimentary private car service to the airport for Trip.com customers.

XXiaoxiannvyanFor foodies, this place can be described as ”absolutely delightful”! The fresh welcome fruit was crisp and delicious (as expected from Xinjiang)! The local yogurt was rich and amazing! The freshly ground coffee, Nescafé, had an inviting aroma – pure bliss with a touch of therapy!
And let's not forget breakfast! The variety was truly extensive: hot dishes, pastries, porridges, snacks, fruits, eggs freshly fried by the chef at the live cooking station, yogurt with a multitude of toppings, toasted bread, and so many kinds of cakes. There were so many choices, no need to settle for anything less. We had a hearty and satisfying breakfast, then headed straight to the Nalat Grassland Scenic Area, saving us the trouble of finding breakfast outside early in the morning. We took some dry food for lunch while exploring the grasslands, so we didn't have to rush back for meals all day. The itinerary was relaxed and comfortable, perfectly suited for visiting the scenic area. Yep, that pretty much sums up all the foodie joys, haha!

AAnonymous UserI'm very particular about accommodation details, but this hotel left me with absolutely nothing to complain about. The facilities are impeccably maintained, not a single thing out of place or damaged. The bathroom had just the right amount of disinfectant smell, and the towels were pristine white and odorless. The staff handled my luggage with care, and the breakfast fruit was so fresh you could practically squeeze juice from it. Even the free parking lot was perfectly laid out. Absolutely fantastic!

YYuyuanerrrrrThe most comfortable night's sleep I had in Xinjiang! Atour, you are truly worth it! I'd book you even at a premium, and I'll be back! I arrived quite late that evening, and my clothes, which I left in the laundry room, were hung outside my door first thing in the morning. For this service alone, I'd willingly keep staying at your hotel. No need to say more about the bedding; I even use your 'deep sleep' pillows myself! Atour, I genuinely will love you forever – absolutely five stars! Also, the sunset photographed outside the hotel was beautiful. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Xinjiang. Just one suggestion: the back entrance is a bit far; maybe next time you could have a security guard help with luggage?
