O quarto era espaçoso e a localização do hotel é ótima, perto da rua dos bares, com excelente isolamento acústico. É fácil encontrar lugares para comer e há muitas lojas de conveniência. Tive uma estadia maravilhosa no Starry Sky! O ambiente, o serviço e o quarto eram perfeitos! O piso e o quarto eram aconchegantes e acolhedores, especialmente depois de um dia frio em Siguniang. Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos e se esforçaram para tornar nossa experiência ótima do começo ao fim! O serviço de WeChat facilitou muito a comunicação com eles para reservar transporte, refeições, etc. Recomendo fortemente esta hospedagem!

Este hotel é altamente recomendado. Inicialmente, reservamos duas noites e depois fomos a Bipegou por três dias. Ao retornarmos de Bipegou, optamos por este hotel novamente. Inicialmente, queríamos trocar de hotel para mudar de ambiente, mas como este hotel nos proporcionou conforto e um serviço excelente, acabamos escolhendo-o novamente. A equipe é composta por jovens, homens e mulheres de meia-idade simpáticos, tanto na recepção quanto na limpeza. Todos foram muito atenciosos e prestativos durante nossa estadia. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

I stayed in two room types this time, the Loft Yaoyue and the Mushui Hot Spring Room. I preferred the Mushui Hot Spring Room – it was spacious and I could enjoy the hot spring in the courtyard. Hot water was available instantly from the tap, and the hotel even provided disposable bath bags, which was clean and hygienic. The afternoon tea was served at the tea house by the entrance, and the Mudanwang tea was absolutely delicious! Breakfast was tasty; I especially loved the spicy Dandan noodles. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly! The hydrangeas in the courtyard were absolutely beautiful!

My family and I stayed in Chengdu for two more days after our group tour. I didn't want the hassle of changing hotels, so I just booked a single room again. The staff was very helpful and moved me to a more central room, and even transferred my luggage from the old room to the new one, which was a huge plus! Although the power outlets in the single room were in odd places, it didn't really bother me since I was traveling alone. Everything else was fantastic. They offer butler service, which means they can help receive packages for you, and if you have any questions, you can ask the butler – someone is usually available to respond 24/7. The breakfast is a set menu, but you can always ask for more if it's not enough. The courtyard restaurant where breakfast is served is beautiful, with small bridges and flowing water, making it a picturesque spot for photos. The hotel reception is on the first floor, and the entire building is self-contained, so there aren't a lot of random people coming and going. Food deliveries also come up via robot, as delivery drivers aren't allowed upstairs. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. If I had to nitpick, the only downside would be a few mosquitoes. If you're prone to mosquito bites, you can use some repellent (which the hotel provides). But that's a minor issue, and it doesn't detract from the overall experience. I still highly recommend this place.

I booked this guesthouse during off-peak season thanks to discounts offered by Ctrip and other merchants, and upon arrival, I realized I'd truly discovered a gem. The facilities were comprehensive: the entire room had diffused oxygen supply, along with a nasal inhaler and a blood oxygen monitor—perfect for those worried about altitude sickness. There was a Dyson hairdryer and a Lanbao humidifier with no visible mist, so I didn't have to worry about getting my clothes wet. The guesthouse offered unobstructed views. The scenery outside the window was truly beautiful! The air was filled with mist, as if the clouds were dwelling in the mountains. The air was crisp and refreshing—it was so comfortable.

The hotel is really well located. right by the river and within walking distance of the entrance to The Giant Buddha. The room is ok, quite large with a view of the river, but everything is a bit worn. The staff is not very welcoming and it is a shame because it would have made the experience much better.
