O check-out foi mais tarde do que outros hotéis às 2h e a cama estava firme com piolhos adicionais fornecidos quando perguntado Localização 10/10 Como está na cidade antiga e perto de todos os restaurantes / lojas de correspondência.O hotel está diretamente atrás da famosa loja de correspondência (27 folhas)

A experiência de estadia foi excelente nesta época!O serviço de mesa frontal era particularmente entusiasmado, e o processo de check-in era eficiente e considerado.O hotel TEM um estacionamento conveniente, então você não TEM que se preocupar com o condução. Embora não inclua café da manhã, há muitas opções de jantar na área circundante, o valor global do dinheiro é muito elevado, o ambiente é limpo e confortável, e eu escolho este lugar novamente para a minha próxima viagem.

Cover most of the basics extremely well. Great friendly service staff at reception , on 2nd floor. Nice simple friendly helpful bar with a good bartender call Wu Hao. Went out of his way to make a cocktail not on the menu for my wife . Breakfast is ok, again good friendly staff . Only drawback is the entrance is just a lift along a busy main road with 2 bus stops . Very difficult to unload on arrival .

Very good breakfast. The room is big, however smells smoke in spite of us specifically requesting non-smoking room. In the evening the hotel's reception is full of drunk people - apparently some club operates in the same place

Coming from the north, we were absolutely blown away by the service at this hotel! They offer afternoon tea daily and a late-night snack, plus thoughtful little extras like eye masks and earplugs. Since Guizhou is often rainy, they even provide umbrellas for guests. The room has a mini-fridge that's restocked daily with water and drinks, and it's kept sparkling clean. Every day, they proactively ask if we'd like our bedding changed. The smart controls in the room are powered by Xiao Du, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. After a long day of sightseeing, it's lovely to sit by the window, relax, and have some snacks and drinks. The hotel's design is also very artistic. Located in the Huaguoyuan community, it's super convenient for ordering food delivery. We were just transiting through Guiyang, and it was close to our travel connections too. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

I recently stayed at Gu Lai Xi Hotel @ 鎭远古镇and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, clearly reflecting the hotel’s recent renovation (just a year ago). Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. What truly made my stay special, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the owners. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Whether it was providing local tips or assisting with any requests, their warmth made me feel right at home. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to Zhen Yuan’s key attractions. I loved how easy it was to explore the nearby landmarks without being in a noisy tourist area. Overall, Gu Lai Xi offers great value - excellent facilities, superb service, and an ideal location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting 鎭远古镇

The new store has only recently opened, the products are new, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, there are many areas for improvement. This is a full 5-star review, but please read the following carefully, store manager: 1. The laundry room is quite far from the guest rooms. Please provide clothes hangers in the laundry room; if there aren't any for ironing, it's inconvenient to have to go up and down stairs. 2. The parking garage is shared with the residential complex. Although the parking spaces are marked as hotel-only, there are simply not enough charging stations. Although they said they would increase to 6 later, it seems there will still be a shortage if shared with the complex. 3. Please double-check the room facilities. The TV wouldn't turn on the night of my check-in, no matter how I tried. It wasn't necessary for me, so I didn't ask the staff to check it. Great location, great products. When contacting the hotel on trip.com the response was very fast and I was happy that someone can help me find the hotel on WeChat (in the end it was easy to find and I didn't necessarily need help but the hotel still confirmed I was heading in the right direction). The room and check in and check out etc, everything was perfect and the room was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and a very good location just opposite a big mall, a park and the white palace, and a very short ride to the airport. Lots of food on your doorstep. There is huge projector in the room to watch movies too and they have a communally kitchen, free laundry room, and a game station, and free coffee, tea and juice in the lobby.

The hotel was clean and the service was great. We came in January, in the winter and you cannot control the heat in the individual rooms. It is run by a common heating system. So it was very very hot, so hot I sweat through the night. The only other negative, for a high quality hotel, the bar closes at 10:00pm. So when we arrived about 10:00 in the evening, it was too late to have a night cap.
