Staying at the 'Qianhe Zhixuan High-Altitude Hotel' with my 3-year-old was absolutely divine! Seriously, you won't believe it! The moment we opened the door to the family room, it was like a wonderland— A rustic little tent + a little yellow duck 🦆 theme + soft, cuddly duck pillows. My daughter immediately shrieked, ”Mommy! This is my secret hideout!” (It even saved us the trouble of putting her to sleep; she just snuggled into the tent and instantly became quiet.) The bedding really stole the show!! ✅ 1.8m pressure-relieving canopy bed | ✅ German imported latex + memory foam double-layer mattress | ✅ Hotel-grade high-thread-count cotton sheets (I swear they're bouncier than my sofa!) Ah... this wasn't just sleeping; it was like floating on clouds ☁️💫 My husband lay down and immediately started snoring... (Don't ask, it was just pure bliss). The high-altitude view was absolutely stunning!! 23rd floor panoramic view directly overlooking the confluence of the two rivers 🌊 🌙 As dusk fell and the lights came on, the glistening golden glow of Hongyadong, the flowing light of Qianximen Bridge like a long dragon, and the starry river cascading over the Yuzhong Peninsula... Watching the night view, my little one pressed her hands against the glass and said, ”Mommy, Chongqing is sparkling!” ✨ The location is simply unbeatable!! ✔️ Downstairs is a food street: sour and spicy noodles, Shancheng small tangyuan, hot pot, ciba bingfen... My daughter ate something different for 3 days straight 🍡 ✔️ 2-min walk → Xiaoshizi subway station 🚇 | 3-min walk → Luohan Temple (super effective for praying for blessings 🙏) | 5-min walk → Jiefangbei + Hongyadong | 8-min walk → Yangtze River Cableway 🚡 | 10-min walk → Baixiangju (the same staircase from the movie 'Hot Pot'!) ⚠️ Important: The Chongqing Cloud Eye Observation Deck is in the building next door! Direct elevator access, overlooking the whole city feels like being in a movie 🎬 💡 Little Tips: ✅ Book the family room in advance! The little tents are very popular 🔥 ✅ The river view is best for photos after 9 PM, remember to dress your child warmly~ It's windy but breathtakingly beautiful! ✅ The hotel provides free bathrobes + slippers, a detail-lover's delight! 👏

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center. Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street is just downstairs, and it's only a three-minute walk to Jiefangbei itself. Transportation is also very convenient, with a light rail station not far from the building. The room hygiene was excellent; it was cleaned very thoroughly. Kele (the staff member) was very enthusiastic and always available to help. The environment is also great. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This private hot spring hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and tidy with an elegant ambiance. The soundproofing and privacy were excellent, and you could even see the Chongqing night view. The hot spring pool was clean and hygienic, with a comfortable water temperature – I felt completely relaxed after soaking. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making my stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. It was incredibly therapeutic and a fantastic experience overall. I'll definitely be back!

I stayed in Chongqing the week prior in another hotel, more expensive - didn’t have views or anything. But this hotel, wow. I paid £33 for this room, the view is absolutely incredible I wasn’t expecting much from this hotel but this will definitely be the hotel I return to when I come back to Chongqing Even though I only stayed for a couple hours, there was more than enough and is an absolute bargain Definitely, definitely do recommend! One of my favourite hotels in China

This was by far the most satisfying stay I've had recently! I have to commend the in-room washer and dryer – they were incredibly practical and completely solved the laundry problem for a multi-night stay. Plus, I got a free room upgrade to a type that was even better than I expected. The cleanliness was spot-on, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Staying here felt just like being at home. Highly recommend!

The location was super convenient for sightseeing, and the room was spotless. The smart toilet was a nice touch, and the service was excellent. I called the owner, and they personally came downstairs to greet me and even recommended an affordable parking lot. Highly recommend! The only downside was that the sliding window didn't offer the best sound insulation.

The lighting instantly brightens up the entire room, and the cleanliness is astonishing! The bedding is very comfortable, and the bathtub is huge; soaking in it while looking out at the river view is so therapeutic. The river view from the 30th-plus floor is absolutely stunning! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the views were absolutely stunning. The location is perfect—just steps away from great dining options and within easy walking distance to the subway. It’s also really close to the iconic Raffles City building. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, and the reception is open 24 hours, which made check-in and check-out super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

When it comes to serviced apartments, the well-established Ascott is still the most reliable choice. The decor and hardware facilities maintain the style from back in the day, catering to expat executives from foreign companies, especially the kitchen – I absolutely love it, even though I don't cook. I originally booked a luxurious hotel in Jiefangbei, but then I changed to this one to watch the drone show, and it was absolutely the right decision. Getting a taxi in Jiefangbei is just too difficult. This location is convenient for everything, perfect for traveling with seniors. You can walk to Hongyadong, and Chaotianmen Square is right downstairs. Taking a taxi to other attractions isn't far either. Ordering takeout to eat in the room is also great for seniors to rest.

The location is fantastic, right by the Qixinggang subway exit. It's literally a one-minute walk from the station, which is incredibly convenient when you're visiting Chongqing and want to get to your hotel immediately after stepping off the metro! Plus, there's Robinson Plaza nearby with a supermarket, Starbucks, and Luckin Coffee – perfect for coffee lovers. It's also about a kilometer from Jiefangbei and Shibati, making it accessible yet not noisy. Facilities: They have a smart assistant (Xiao Du) and a smart toilet, which are really convenient! Hygiene: The room was clean, and it was tidied daily. Environment: There are lots of great places to eat nearby. I highly recommend Chen Pangzi Hotpot, which is about 500 meters away!
