O hotel na entrada da cidade velha tem uma excelente localização, e você pode chegar ao local panorâmico a pé. Ao entrar na sala, você pode ouvir imediatamente o grito de ”Uau”, e todos ficam chocados com a paisagem! A velha Quebec, o prédio do Parlamento, as ruas urbanas, o rio ao longe e a fumaça branca subindo dos telhados estão todos em frente à janela, com uma vista clara! Que tipo de paisagem mágica é essa que eu vi assim? ! A felicidade veio tão de repente? !
Não perca a piscina exterior aquecida na cobertura do hotel. Especialmente no inverno, quando a temperatura é de 22 graus Celsius negativos, a piscina fumegante na neve pesada parece uma fonte termal nas montanhas.

Eu tive que Pagar estacionamento por $12 Mesmo que EU cheguei à meia-noite, também é difícil estacionar.Peço explicitamente Ao serviço do cliente para me oferecer estacionamento gratuito, MAS eles não vão.A Casa de férias Fez isso no outro dia.Sinto que este lugar não TEM taxa competitiva.

The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

I had an amazing time in the city of Montreal, with its vibrant atmosphere and lively summer spirit. From strolling through the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal, where history meets modern charm, to enjoying the stunning views from Mount Royal, every day was filled with unforgettable experiences. The city’s festivals and outdoor events added to the excitement, making summer in Montreal truly special. I would highly recommend this hotel, very classic, European style hotel, decent breakfast and a little gym that can get your whole body workout done. The room is very spacious and classic. Very friendly staff and I would definitely stay there again if I am in Montreal next time...

O hotel estava em uma excelente localização! Há restaurantes, estações de gás perto e a auto-estrada era facilmente acessível. Minhas petições foram honradas, a sala era espaçosa e foi limpa duas vezes durante a nossa estadia de três dias. Eu certamente iria reservar novamente!

O quarto que reservamos para quatro pessoas tinha duas camas de casal. Quando chegamos ao hotel, eles disseram que só podiam fornecer uma cama queen size. Mais tarde, o hotel adicionou uma cama para nós e dormimos muito desconfortáveis. Quanto à comida e higiene são muito boas

In town for a JFL show. Location was very convenient and the rom was immaculate. Resto on ground floor is very nice for a convenient meal of quick snack after travel and check-in. Staff are very pleasant and professional and were quick to accomodate our request for a room with a bathtub. My wife likes to soak after the travel part.. had a pleasant special effects surprise at bedtime when the streetlights below penetrated above the curtain/drape rod and produced a bit of a light show on the ceiling. Not enough to interfere with sleep and just right as a night light for the mid night trips to the washroom. All in all very nice hotel in a very convenient downtown location at a reasonable price

GGuest UserI’ve been coming to Hotel Zero 1 for a few years, being the only hotel I book in Montreal due to its impeccable walkability. That being said, it’s unfortunate that it’s no longer shiny and new, you can really see the wear and tear over the years. If you want luxury you’re not going to find it here; however, it’s still a great place to stay for the action packed traveller who wants somewhere a bit nicer than a motel to stay. I booked knowing full well it wasn’t going to be the most amazing stay but it was not as bad as some of the Google reviews make it out to be- it’s just dated. The room was clean, check in and check out was easy, and even though the valet service is closed, the parkade they directed us to was safe and straightforward. I’d categorize this hotel as 3 stars as the amenities aren’t that great, but just know what you’re walking into, manage your expectations to that, and you will have a great stay.
It’s just kind of a shame to see a hotel that I have great memories in not keep up with maintaining the property. If they repaired the fabric on the bed, replaced the shower heads and updated with smart TVs, that would make a world of difference.
TLDR;
Pros: clean linens, cable tv, microwave and fridge in the room
Cons: dated technology, broken Roku, only one elevator for the whole building, no on site parking.

GGuest UserThe toilet was clogged. Our key cards kept malfunctioning, and we had to get them reset several times to access our room. The facilities felt a bit worn. On a positive note, we were able to keep the same room. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the included breakfast was comprehensive, and the air conditioning worked very well.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, reasonable prices, the room is squeaky clean, friendly hotel staff and very accommodating. I noticed only 1 minor thing, you have to pay for the parking spot per night. Generally it was a great stay. Will recommend and stay again soon.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance. It is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton-brand hotel. However, I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement:
1. There aren't any drinking water dispensers on each floor, so we had to get water from the gym in the basement, which was inconvenient for guests.
2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor.
Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences.

GGuest UserMy stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—right in downtown and close to all the fun spots, many just a short walk away. The lobby greets you with a refreshing scent and genuinely warm smiles from the staff—they make you feel right at home from the start.
I had the juiciest steak ever, and the 24-hour heated pool? Total relaxation! The only thing I’d change is the pool’s location. You currently have to walk through the restaurant and lobby (which are open to non-guests), so it feels a bit awkward strolling by in your swimsuit. A private walkway or different pool spot would make it perfect!
Overall, I had an incredible time and would definitely come back. 🤗

BB-YThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, making it very convenient. The staff is warm and friendly, and deserves praise. The daily gift of drink and snack vouchers, good for use in the hotel restaurant from 5 to 7 p.m., was a welcome bonus.
The room was large, with ample space and a jacuzzi, but it was quite noisy. The curtains were quite dusty, and many of the hooks were broken, making them difficult to close. Overall, however, the room was quite nice.

generally this is an old school fashion hotel with required quality. two things that are not so satisfied during this journey.
One is although the location is convenient, the surrounding environment is not that good. the hotel is low rise building, and there is a open park nearby. you can here some people grouping and noising at midnight occasionally, i think they rejoice with weeds. also when you walk outside street, the air is full of **** smell.
the second thing is the problem with fire arm in my room on one afternoon, which is loud and harming my ear.

HHello there!We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit.
The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area.
It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.
