The bartender we had, Baylee, was great. Food was very good. Only disappointment was being woken up at 8:00 as they were doing renovations. Felt like the banging from hammers was in my room. Front desk didn’t give a crap about it. Check out time is at 11. That’s when renovations should start!

Overall good experience. Can be improved but overall not bad

Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from charlottetown city centre. A 2 minute drive will get you to a few food outlets and a Cows Creamerie which is a must try ice cream when visiting PEI. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable with plenty of free parking. The breakfast area is large and comfortable with plenty of seating. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if I visit PEI again.

房間很乾凈，服務也好，位置極佳。會再次入住的。酒店好有游泳池和小孩子喜歡的水上滑梯，一家子住挺適合的。

Um patrão estava EM um argumento aquecido com o pessoal do Frente do escritório quando chegámos primeiro a eles, não lhe devolveu o depósito de $50.O patrão estava a brigar com o pessoal. Tudo isso aconteceu porque a chegada de nós só nos deu um pouco de descontentamento sobre se tinhamos tomado a decisão certa de ficar neste hotel.No entanto, o pessoal era muito profissional e nos acomodou. No final, tudo estava bem.

The old style hotel was a pleasure to visit. The old wooden room door lead to a very comfortable room with modern amenities, especially in the bathroom.
