Struttura nuova e molto funzionale Ottima colazione e servizi... Un po' fuori dal passeggio serala sul mare... Consigliato!!!

Service: Erg afhankelijk van wie er aan de balie staat. De jonge dame is een topper! Wanneer we een nacht willen bijboeken; wordt er bij het voorstel geen rekening gehouden met korting. Integendeel; de upgrade die we kregen bij het inchecken werd volledig aangerekend bij een eventuele verlenging. Online bijboeken zou 30€ goedkoper geweest zijn dan verlengen aan de balie! Problemen met airco: die werkt niet. Het is snel erg warm op de kamer. Hoewel meerdere keren gemeld; niet opgelost geraakt. Verder perfecte lokatie!

What an amazing little hotel! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. We booked the budget canal room and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed people watching (the bridge) and the sparkly water reflecting from the lights. Really clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here!!

Everything was perfect excepted the mattress is too soft and it makes your back pain. For Breakfast : Suggestion on all vegan drink, please make sure that the open date is not too long that suggested on the box otherwise the taste gonna gone off like I experienced Chocolate Soya ( it tasted sour already) Also, it would be nice if you have the signs tell what each item is due to not everyone knows and some they don’t eat pork, beef or chicken.

A localização é ótima. É muito mais espaçoso e organizado do que eu esperava. Bruges é uma cidade retrô. Eu não esperava encontrar um hotel tão grande no centro. O estacionamento subterrâneo é central. O estacionamento com motorista é seguro e confiável. Custa 17 euros por noite, o que é barato. O quarto não é nem muito grande nem muito pequeno, e o café da manhã é farto. Há um supermercado na porta, onde você pode repor água e lanches. É suficiente caminhar até outras atrações.
