Me hospedei fora de temporada, então havia apenas uma ou duas pessoas no hotel. Hotel adorável. Boa localização. Tenho certeza de que na alta temporada, com todas as comodidades, seria ótimo. Provavelmente mais caro também. A água do chuveiro estava morna, o que foi um ponto negativo para mim. Mas a cama e os travesseiros eram ótimos.

Hele mooie verblijf, alleen is het ver west en de bus die daar rijd (west kant) komt bijna nooit. De bus terminal (als je met de bus komt) is helemaal in het noorden dus is het echt 40/50 min lopen. Je kan een bus nemen naar het zuiden, die komt om de 15m (tenminste dat staat op de borden) en die brengt je dan helemaal naar het strand, maar gaat dan naar het zuiden dus op tijd uit stappen. Kamer had een föhn, ene waar je hele tijd in moet drukken om het te laten werken. Mini koelkast, alleen was die niet wcht koud en stond op de koudste stand. En is totaal plek voor 4 auto’s, maar zelf hadden wij geen auto en was op een dag de hele ‘parkeerplek’ vol. Keep that in mind.

La atención excelente. El balcón con vista al mar.
Las instalaciones no tiene casi espacios en común.
El desayuno era demasiado simple, podrían mejorarlo. Era todo frío y solo podías tomar café. Sumaria más frutas y tipos de té. También sumaria mucho poder calentar o tostar las cosas para comer.

The couple who own the place were really welcoming and made sure to help us out with even minute things like a charging plug.
The road to the hotel is steep and scary but the views are definitely worth it all. Recommended to enjoy the sunset from the sea view room.

The night was very quiet. I could have used my friend's whirlpool tub, but one of the tubs seemed to be broken. The rooftop pool was under repair, so I couldn't try it. Maybe next time.

Nice location, a few minutes walk to promenade (there is a short cut just past the parking lot on the left, little concrete path. Take it down two streets right to the end ) place was very clean. Nice balcony view of the ocean . Self check-in was flawless. Google maps makes it look farther than it is.

Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica.
Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche.
Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo goduti il panorama.
Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine.
Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita!
Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

CClair-JWe spent 3 nights here in May, and honestly we will be back! Lovely hotel, and fabulous beach! Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including water in the fridge and tea/coffee). It was also cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast (free!) was fab, lots of choice and nice and fresh! The beach and sun bed were amazing, beautiful and right in front of the hotel!!! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good! Grilled shrimp and Mediterranean salad were a highlight for me :-) but what really makes this place is the staff - friendly, kind, helpful and really focussed on good service! Shout out to thw young chap who is also a painter and decorator (when he’s not a waiter) - so helpful and friendly the staff on reception (very helpful) and the wonderful staff in the beach bar who made it so we could watch the football :-) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 mins walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!

The room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made every morning special. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with plenty of good options to start the day well. The spa area is another highlight — a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, all while overlooking the sea.
We would also like to praise the entire staff for their hard work, friendliness, and high-quality service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable — we truly appreciated every moment! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vlorë.

GGuest UserA Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! I had such a great experience at The Olive Hotel. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and feels brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had while travelling! It’s in a perfect central location, close to everything you could need.
What truly made my stay exceptional was Xhone. She was outstanding from start to finish, helping me with every enquiry I had and genuinely going above and beyond anything I expected. Her kindness, professionalism, and support made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. We’ve even become friends now, which says it all!
As a lovely final touch, the owner even dropped me off for my airport transfer, which was so appreciated.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you again for everything!

PPaulJacoobOur stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay.
However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly.
Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

GGuest UserI recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit.
Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting.
The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

BBackpacker00I had a really pleasant stay in this lovely room. It was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. They served good breakfast too. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for.
The only downside was that there was no Wi-Fi in the room, which was a bit disappointing—TV needs wifi or internet to work too. I managed, but it would definitely improve the experience if Wi-Fi were available directly in the room.
Overall, a charming place to stay, and I’d happily return once the Wi-Fi issue is sorted!

OOlgaA very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy.
If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

GGuest UserGood hotel with a fantastic view . I had a 1 bed apartment fully furnished with everything you need for your stay . The view was breath taking as it is situated on a hill & rooms spacious and come with balconies . A bit far from the main attractions but taxi’s are available . The service was good but there is no restaurant so you have to order food from outside or go out to eat . There are a few nice places near by to eat and drink . If you are going to ksmail you can get a bus from down town for about €5 , over all a pleasant stay
