The place is very close to both the beach and the lake, which is great. The location is not very far from the bus stop. I also love the actual rooms since it was very clean. Overall, great place for great price.

Fantastic 3 star hotel/motel. Located beach front. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Staff didn't speak any English but hand signs and papago (translation app) worked well.

주차 위치도 친절히 봐주시고 체크인도 빠르게 해주셨어요. 수건 물 여유있게 챙겨주셔서 좋았고 도로 바로 옆인 걸 고려해서 귀마개도 비치되어 있는 점 섬세했습니다. 객실 깨끗하고 바로 앞에 바다가 훤히보여 잠깐 쉬기엔 아쉬운 좋은 전망이였습니다. 온수도 잘나오고 화장실도 깔끔했습니다. 공간활용을 잘 한 인테리어라고 생각해요. 침대 말고 옆쪽네 앉아서 테이블 쓸 수 있게 쇼파형식으로 된 것도 좋았습니다. 잘 쉬고가요

오션뷰방향의 방이라 아침에 보는 선셋은 완전 좋았습니다 하지만 아쉬운 점이 많더라구요. 2박을 묵기로 하였으나 1박만 하고 나왔습니다. 물론 환불은 이뤄지지않았구요. 3인실이었는데, 침대가 오래된 스프링 침대라 출렁하는게 불편하였고, 3월이라 밤에 쌀쌀한데, 건물자체도 쌀쌀하고 방도 서늘하더군요. 온돌이지만, 웃풍은 쌀쌀합니다. 옷을 정리할수 있는 공간도 없고, 실내시설이 많이 낡고 관리를 안하셔서, 청소가 아무리 깨끗하게 되어있어도 티가 안날정도로 내부가 낡았습니다. 이름은 호텔이지만 여관수준에 그치고, 깨끗하다 한 수건과 침구도 낡아서, 찝찝하다고 할까. 수건의 크기도 발수건정도의 크기이고, 매트리스에 무슨 비닐을 깔아놓으셨는지 움직일때마다 부스럭대서 불편하였고, 방문도 잘 닫히지않아 억지로 잡아 당겨야하는 상황이었습니다. 실내바닥도 많이 낡고, 벽지도 다 뜯겨있고, 정말 오션뷰만 아니면 최악의 호텔인듯 합니다. 사진과 실제와는 많은 차이가 나네요. 내가 주인이라면 자랑스럽게 내놓을수 있는 호텔은 절대 아닙니다. 사진도 찍고 싶지않은 방시설이었습니다. 정말 아쉬운 점이 많은 호텔이었습니다. 화장실에 옷을 걸거나 놓을수 있는 공간도 없었습니다.

경포대 바로 앞이라 위치도 너무 좋았어요. 사진은 방이수 찍은 밤바다입니다 춥다고 하니까 난방을 더 틀어주셨어요 카운터에 안내주시는 분들 너무 친절하셨고, 룸 컨디션 최상이에요 청소하시는 분이 정말 꼼꼼하게 하시는거같아요

The hotel is super cleany, probably even quite new. The rooms was a bit small but it had everything we needed - nice bed (love the mattress!), and good size for the bathroom. The check-in was supposed to be at 4PM, but we arrived around 3Pm and they happily gave us the room in less than 5 minutes without any problems. Great service! Will definitely be back.

It's just besides st. John hotel, there's bar and restaurant, 7-11, and there's also a GS25 close by about 2mins walking distance. Need to used uber to call taxi , so for foreigner try to download Uber before you arrive. There's also bus station about 10mins walking, for bus in Gangneung is W1,700/way, if you have T-card it's W1,530/way. The hotel facility is a little old, but everything working well.
