O Recepcionário do hotel é Muito amável, introduz Muito pormenorizadamente as atrações Ao redor, e NOS diz Como Pode ser comparado com o que é Muito amável.Há problemAs que também devem ser resolvidos com paciência.O sabão e a lavagem de cabelo fornecidos não são suficientes, não fornecem dente. Embora alguns sejam velhos, o conjunto é limpos, MAS a Luz é um pouco escuro.Há um estacionamento gratuito.

The motel room was recently renovated. Clean, modern decor with new shower, toilet, and sink. Included daily cleaning of unit. Reasonably priced. Close to major points of interest, eg. Pelee Island ferry, Point Pelee National Park.

Reception:
The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a pleasant experience.
Cleanliness:
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The microwave was dirty, and I found a stain in the fridge. Additionally, the hairdryer had a noticeable stain on it, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell of burnt food that lingered throughout the night, making the stay uncomfortable.
Overall:
While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the poor room cleanliness significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in housekeeping are essential.

Chegou tarde à noite, o check-in era rápido e fácil, a sala estava limpa e tudo o que precisamos.As crianças amam a piscina.O pequeno-almoço era bom, o pessoal é Muito bom e útil. A/C era Alto, mas os nossos filhos podiam dormir, então não era grande questão.Em geral, um alojamento amigável e simples, nós estavamos felizes com a nossa estadia.

GGuest UserOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

GGuest UserArrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

YYONGQINGMaybe we don't have enough credit rating on Ctrip.com, or the hotel doesn't trust Ctrip's users. We have received a deposit of 100 CAD (50 CAD/day). According to the Ctrip online, it will take 1-3 months to return. The amount of Xin’s loss is not big, otherwise I will delay my short-term investment.

RRoaming DogIf you’re on your way to Manitoulin Island, this hotel is a good base. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the island. There are a few chain restaurants nearby and a grocery store.
The hotel staff are courteous and helpful and had me checked-in in a matter of minutes. Checking out of the hotel you just leave your keys in the room and off you go.
There is ample parking in the front and rear of the hotel and is monitored with cctv cameras. You can also just look out of your hotel room window and see your car if you’re worried about theft.
I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfy and quiet night of rest.

EeshMagThe front desk staff was welcoming. Good value for a short stay. Basic breakfast provided. However, we were surprised by additional parking charges with tax, which could have been waived. There were a few missing amenities such as an iron and ironing board, and the pool was not ready for use during our stay. Noticed a strong odor upon entering room also when the AC was turned on—possibly due to nearby smoking areas. Would not recommend for families with young children or non-smokers.

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. Booking in was efficient with friendly service and the room was ok. The breakfast was fine the evening and day staff were efficient and very friendly. With a young man in tow Wi-Fi was 'on and off' and not consistent. Overall it was a good experience.
