The front desk people especially the after 3 pm young man is very helpful and friendly.

I liked this hotel. It’s nice, the lobby is nice, the sitting area is fabulous and has a big fireplace and comfy chairs. The staff were helpful. Bar food was okay. There was a lot of space to walk my 2 pups. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great. Only con would be that there were a few little ants crawling on the wall by the desk, not near the bed, on the other side of the room. Probably an anomaly. They offered to come and take care of it but I didn’t want to breathe bug spray and I didn’t want to change rooms.

We came for a concert and the location was perfect!  Everything we needed or wanted to do was walkable.  The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.  Great experience would stay again!

The staff was very attentive and polite. The rooms are well constructed but, not all the outlets worked. I wish I had known about the 32$-a-day parking.

A localização era perfeita para as minhas necessidades, direita de Escudos e I-35 Na Estrada de Serviço.Se você precisar ir NB para I-240, Tomar escudos é UMA boa alternativa para voltar para I-35, porque o tráfego nessa área particular tende a ser um buraco. Para ir para SB, vá para a Estrada de serviço, atravessar a Rua 12 no intersetor, e vá para a estrada de direita.O gerente estava Muito amigável no check-in, e saiu do SEU caminho para me certificar de que tinha um quarto de pé acima, por minha conta. Ele até me certificou de que o MEU quarto estava no final Da rua pelas escadas, então EU podia facilmente levar o MEU cão para fora para fazer negócios.Todo o Pessoal que conheci era amigável e amável. A sala era grande e Muito bonita e limpa, a cama estava confortável com muitas pinças.A casa de banho era Muito limpa, não havia pedras ou desperdícios. Eu realmente gostava de caminhar no chuveiro. Fiquei até impressionado com a existência de pequenas garrafas de champô, condicionador, loção e pequenos bares de sopa; o último par de hotéis que fiz, disse que tinham sido demasiado caros para fornecer. A única queixa, se EU tivesse que vir com um, era que o ventilador de escape no banheiro não funcionou.Todo o MEU cão e EU tive um Grande estadia.Esta será a minha IR para o motel quando EU precisar voltar para a cidade.

River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning.

Needs a little freshen up, shower drain was very slow. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and modern.
