Very close to the airport, I mainly stayed here for a layover to Mexico, and it was incredibly convenient. The soundproofing was excellent too! Next time I'm on a business trip to Mexico, I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my layover.

Gosto deste lugar por causa da localização, bem perto do metrô e de algumas atrações turísticas como a Calçada da Fama, TCL, Teatro Dolby e Ovation Mall. Não reservei o serviço de ônibus hop-on hop-off, mas o ponto de encontro é bem próximo. O quarto é limpo e espaçoso. Embora a cama seja muito alta, você precisa se abaixar ao acordar. O banheiro compartilhado é limpo e organizado. A cozinha é boa, você pode cozinhar, armazenar alimentos e o café da manhã é delicioso. A equipe também é simpática. O único ponto negativo é a escada da porta até a recepção. Se você tiver malas grandes, é um pouco complicado, mas espero que haja funcionários que possam ajudar a levantar as malas. Também há um estacionamento ao lado do hostel. No geral, gostei da minha estadia aqui. Você pode fazer novos amigos e é bem acessível ao metrô, a algumas estações de ônibus e a alguns lugares.

Great location (next to Chinatown and financial district) and great view, amenities and services nice too. Neighborhood is pretty safe. Also a nice bookstore just around the corner. Highly recommend!

Acabei ficando no hotel por conta de uma conexão longa em LAX. O principal ponto positivo é que eles possuem transfer gratuito de ida e volta pro aeroporto (como todos os hotéis da região também possuem). O preço foi um dos melhores custos benefícios que encontrei fazendo uma reserva no mesmo dia, mas não foi necessariamente barato (em se tratando de Estados Unidos onde todos os hotéis são caros, foi um bom preço). O quarto era bem espaçoso, com um banheiro bem grande. A cama muito boa. O contra é que eu não ficaria nele se não fosse apenas para uma conexão, pois a região não tem grandes atrativos.

The hotel location is nice and the view was amazing ! The front office staff was friendly and upgraded our room into the closer tower. The room was clean. However, it took around 30-40 mins to deliver us the bottle water and amenities when we called to asked for them… The hotel has their own pier for water activities such as water ski

Well hotel is “Oldtimer” and definitely below average ranking visible here in trip.com web. Check in was quick, short walk/drive to designated building. Corridors in the building looks and smells like 1970’s, so initial shock but room was bit better. Old style but ok to sleep one night. Breakfast - same low quality food as any American hotel chain with this price range. Overall I would not come again.

Plus: This is a good, clean, classic highway motel. Check-in went smoothly and the desk clerk was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, of good size. The bed was super-comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep! The hotel is in Victorville a small city in California's ”High Desert”, which is known as a way-point on the famous ”Route 66” which many decades ago was the major road connecting America's mid-west to its far west. Victorville is also the home town of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans who had a famous cowboy TV show long ago. Minus: Lots of highway noise. But the most negative thing about the motel is that it is impossible to contact the hotel itself by telephone to confirm issues such as late arrival. Booking companies deliberately hide the true contact information, redirecting customers to an overseas call center that knows nothing about the hotel and is heavily accented to the point that communication was virtually impossible. Although an internet search brings up a phone number from several different sources, that phone number is no longer for the hotel, and gets answered by someone who is clearly tired of telling people that the phone number is NOT for the motel. In the end a family member who lives in a nearby town had to stop by and talk to the front desk in person. To add further confusion, the hotel goes by various names: ”Hotel Avenida”, ”Quality Inn”, and ”Oyo Rooms”. (This last name appears to be the result of its recent acquisition by the notorious south Asian Hotel group. Sadly this probably means service degradation will follow) Good customer service is all about ”the people”. It is dependent on positive contact between a business's staff and customers. The policies of companies like Oyo that work to destroy human contact help ensure bad customer service.

Foi bom, as pessoas que trabalhavam lá eram muito simpáticas e prestativas. Gostaria que o café também fosse servido à noite. Só queria saber como funciona o depósito, porque me disseram no caixa que era só devolver o cartão. Micro-ondas também serão úteis, mas no geral é um ótimo lugar.

Super clean! I absolutely love that in a hotel. Was quiet in the evening and front desk was very kind. The breakfast staff very accommodating, even the bar staff were upbeat. The vibes this place gives off are positive and wholesome. Definitely my go to spot in Chico.
