The gym is cramped, but there are no complaints about facilities, so it's a reasonable hotel for the price. However, the staff are overall unfriendly. And it's inconvenient if you don't speak French because you don't speak English.

L'accueil était au top, la chambre est super propre et bien équipée. Le lit super bon. En général tout est propre. Je suis vraiment satisfait. A chaque fois que j'aurai l'occasion de venir à Lomé, je vais toujours réserver cet hôtel pour mes séjours.

We stayed with two children.
I paid online in advance and went to find it.
At the reception, we asked for an additional fee for two children when paying.
The reason is that it does not include two children when paying online. Checking online, the price is the same even if you check two children.
(Our children are three or four years old.)
There was no other addition, such as adding beds or towels. The reception says you have to pay an additional fee because you haven't checked.
In conclusion, if I checked two children in advance, I would have used it at the same price, but I added an additional fee of 5,000f saying I didn't check it. When I entered the room, the reception confirmed the age of two children, and there was no special mention. But when I left, I said I had to pay. I don't understand this process.
The food is delicious. The rooms are clean too.
Only reception response is not understood.

ううさたんThe area around the hotel is Marche and is quite lively. From STM, 250 ～300CFA is a guide by motorcycle taxi. The entrance to the hotel may be a little difficult to understand. It is difficult to explain in words, so it is better to call the hotel on the day to check. The hotel does not have an EV, a hair dryer, PET bottle water or a refrigerator. There was no hot shower, but it was hot so there was no problem. However, the rooms are clean and the location is good. There was no power outage. Above all, the staff 々 was very kind and kind to me for minor problems. Thank you very much.
