I’ve stayed in the girls dorm for 3 nights. The assigned me an upper bed because the lower beds were occupied. As I arrived late, they stored a key for me at the reception. When I wanted to get it there was no key for my specific room and locker. I also couldn’t reach someone via WhatsApp. I then went for shopping and when I came back I met a guy who works there. He was so nice and helped me to get a key with a spare locker. Thanks to him I could unpack my stuff and lock my valuables. In the room were three other girls. Two of them seem to live there for weeks. Not sure why they live there instead of an apartment … The room was nice, but could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom inside the room could be more cleaner. I also prefer bigger bathrooms where more people can get ready. The location of the hostel is close to the new metro and needs about 15 minutes by foot. A big supermarket (LuLu Hypermarket) is on the same way.

Good location, for this price in area consider the best, pretty clean but not new hotel, so the smell of wood is there… overall it’s a good place to stay

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

Convenient and reasonable price compared to brand new facility and location But inconvenient to walk from the metro as in front of hotel, there wasn’t proper road for walking So scary Room was clean and well equipped Super convenient Staff were very friendly

It was not a bad experience except the bedding and location. However, I liked the small things kept in washroom like comb, shower cap, small kits . The food from the hotel restaurant was good as well. The service of front desk and other staff was excellent.

Had fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.

Mashallah, the service was truly excellent and the hotel is wonderful.

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. the breakfast was average and can better
