Um dos melhores hotéis, com ótimo atendimento ao cliente e excelentes instalações! Normalmente não escrevo avaliações longas, mas fiquei extremamente feliz e minhas expectativas foram superadas. Parabéns aos dois funcionários da piscina — eles são educados, gentis e muito atenciosos com as crianças. O Wi-Fi era ótimo, perfeito para quem precisa trabalhar durante as férias. Os processos de check-in e check-out foram tranquilos e sem complicações! Os recepcionistas e a equipe de alimentos e bebidas foram incríveis. O café da manhã não tinha muitas opções, mas tudo estava delicioso e valeu o preço. O quarto era bem pequeno, principalmente para quem viaja com crianças, mas era limpo, aconchegante e cheirava muito bem. Parabéns ao departamento de limpeza! O hotel também oferece acesso gratuito à praia e piscina de Mactan Newtown, o que foi incrível! Eles oferecem um serviço de transporte gratuito com horários definidos, mas se você não quiser esperar, não se preocupe — é só uma curta caminhada. Meu bebê Franco adorou nossa estadia aqui. Grande hotel, na praia de Alona, longe do ruído, mas perto do ruído, para caminhar para os restaurantes e bares.Ficava numa sala de vistas à praia, era grande e limpo com a melhor vista à praia de qualquer hotel que eu tenha ficado. A piscina infinita do céu se sentiu como a piscina juntada ao oceano. Também um dos melhores piscinas de telhado de qualquer hotel que eu tenha ficado dentro e com o bar de piscina acessório um grande lugar para desfrutar de um cocktail ou cerveja na piscina enquanto olha para o pôr-do-sol. O pessoal era muito amigável e útil.Só as áreas de nota que poderiam ser melhoradas, as toalhas de banho eram de menor qualidade do que eu esperava num hotel desse nível e o café no pequeno-almoço era terrível, felizmente a sala tinha uma máquina Nespresso.

Stayed here for 4 nights. It was lovely except for the aircon which is connected to the sliding door that whenever you open the door, the aircon will automatically turn off haha but the food was great! Location wise, very near to Panglao airport and one tricycle ride from the city centre. Staffs were helpful and accommodating.

Levei meus amigos e filhos para lá. Depois de debater entre três resorts da rede Henann Resorts, escolhemos o Tawala. Foi uma excelente escolha. A Praia de Alona fica perto, e tudo é acessível, o que é ótimo. Reservamos um quarto com acesso à piscina no primeiro andar. Podíamos sair para o terraço e nadar imediatamente. Foi realmente muito bom. Estamos planejando visitar Bohol em novembro e com certeza voltaremos ao Tawala.

Lovely stay! Beautiful hotel, with fabulous pools and direct access to a pristine beach with stunning sunsets. Service was also really good. Tons of restaurants to eat within walking distance. Top class place! My only suggestion is to install coffee machines for breakfast - espressos and cappuccinos are not complimentary, only brewed black coffee is served.

Ambience: good ambience, peaceful, seems an expensive hotel. Check in check out: slow process. Does not take into consideration the time of the client. Call the front desk a head of time before checking out to hasten. The receptionist is not welcoming, not courteous. Rooms: exceptional! The view at 1210 was superb! All amenities were working. Clean room. The shower gel was watered down. The wifi was very slow almost unserviceable. Food: The only thing that pulls the hotel down. Food was mediocre; kept repeating the menu, taste like carinderia. Nothing special. They keep on providing processed food in the menu, ice bucket was not sturdy enough, they cant provide tongs. Condiments not available readily. It seems that they are cost cutting. Staff: said earlier guest are not very courteous. Overall: will go back for sure but we hope there will be improvements.

I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Recomendo totalmente este hotel para meus amigos e familiares. O quarto estava limpo, e as toalhas e cobertores estavam impecáveis ​​(embora eles não tenham fornecido chinelos, o que foi bom para mim, já que não os uso). O hotel é tão grandioso, tudo parece chique, estético e caro. A equipe usa uniformes, todos parecem arrumados e elegantes. A equipe é educada e fácil de abordar. A vista do quarto 1535 é espetacular. Posso ver o mar, uma pequena comunidade, outro prédio e parte da cidade. O quarto é bem conservado, limpo e arrumado. Tudo está dentro. Café grátis, xampu, sabonete líquido, sabonete, 2 toalhas, 1 toalha pequena, 2 garrafas de água, água quente, TV, CR, banheiro, cofre, janela muito grande. Minha família ficou muito feliz durante sua estadia de uma noite.

The location of this hotel is excellent, only about 15 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to organise a Grab to the airport and even checked me in at 3am without any issues. After a long stretch of travel, it was honestly such a smooth and easy experience. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for an overnight stay. There was a small area of rust under the mirror, but nothing major. The only thing I would suggest improving is the cleanliness of the couches in the hotel’s common areas, as there were visible big spots on them. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, especially for a short stop near the airport.
