I gave them room 11:44 and they still charged me for half day😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I will not go back to that FKN hotel again and tell my friends and put in my Instagram too. Very good hotel and living experience, super beautiful environment, thoughtful service, very close to the pier, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is also convenient to go to the city.

The hotel is in a quiet street close to the main square and main streets too, just about 5-6 minutes walk. Very impressed by the excellent services of their staff, especially Jimena, who can speak fluent English and was so helpful to make calls for me to my guides upon my requests. I stayed there for two nights. And one very accommodating thing was that they had tea bags, coffee, hot water and cups ready in each floor of the hotel so everybody didn't need to go down stairs to get some hot drinks and simply walked out the room a little to get access to drinks whenever needed. So convenient and I was deeply impressed !! Details make differences and I think the hotel is doing excellent in this. The breakfast was quite nice too with many kinds of fresh fruits, and strong wifi and hot shower in room !! The price was absolutely at perfect value. Highly recommended !!

Não condiz com as outras Casa Andina que conheci no Peru; até a CASA ANDINA STANDARD MACHU PICCHU é melhor; principalmente em relação ao café da manhã. Não gostamos também do fato da gerente do hotel tomar café da manhã com os filhos/família no salão. El hotel muy buena la ubicación está cerca de todo lo recomiendo aún que deberían mejorar su infraestructura la atención es buena y me gusto la comida tradicional. Bendiciones y gracias espero puedan mejorar eso
