I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The owner's hospitality exceeded expectations – not only did he graciously allow us to change rooms to suit our preferences, but he also went above and beyond by personally driving us to the train station. The genuine kindness and flexibility made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
By the way, the facilities and views are also great!

Great location, friendly staff, and a good restaurant - I had a great (but short) stay at the hotel and can definitely recommend it for people looking to be close but not in Old Town. The My only complaint was when I asked someone at the front desk to help book me a ride to the airport and they said it would be €40 - I declined and got a taxi for €23.

Otel , Kotor şehrinin dışında . Manzarası kotor körfezini görmüyor fakat Tivat havaalanı ve tivat körfezini çok net görüyor.port montanengro manzarası da var . Tepenin üzerinde çok temiz havası olan bir yer. Arabası olan kişiler tercih edebilir . Oda içerisinde çamaşır , bulaşık Mkn,kettle, Ocak, buzdolabı ,tabak Çanak,tencere tava her şey ama her şey var . Deterjanlara kadar var , ama dediğim gibi kotor şehir merkezinden çok uzak , arabası olanlar için ideal. Fakat C20 nolu odada kalmayın inanılmaz rutubet ve nem var. Biz odanın değiştirilmesini istedik ama değiştiremedik

Nice newly renovated apartment. Definitely need a car to reach this place. In Feb it was cold and no central heating but had aircon on hot mode.
Upon arrival it takes 3h to heat up hot water tank.
Quite a lot of bugs but that s living in the nature for you 😊
Jasmina is very helpful but only contactable on mobile or viber. No email and WhatsApp

A localização do hotel na cidade antiga é excelente: você pode ver a igreja centenária fora da janela, escalar a Grande Muralha atrás de você, ter o porto marítimo à sua frente e estar ao lado da Praça do Exército. café, comer comida deliciosa e ir a bares Você pode fazer tudo aqui.

房間和照片一般無二，乾淨整潔，很現代的感覺，可以做飯，餐具和鍋具齊全。從斜坡下的一條小路可以直接到海邊，海邊很多飯店，斜坡右轉有家超市購物方便。走到古城大概15分鐘左右，老闆娘熱情友好。入住方便快捷。很好的住宿體驗。

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay.
The beach was definitely the highlight!

1. Расположение. Пригород Котора. До центра пешком неспешно минут 25-30. Удовольствие. Все по берегу залива. Красота. Рядом магазин - 3 минуты. Ресторан - минут 10 пешком. Район тихий. Кому нужны пляски и музыка, то это не здесь. Кому нужна тишина и покой - выбирайте это место.
2. Берите номер на верхнем этаже с видом залив (обязательно!!!). Море и горы. Вид потрясающий! Каждый раз новая картинка. Не надоедает, а удивляет снова и снова.
3. Хозяева. Редко встретишь такое радушие и доброжелательность. Любая просьба, пожелание выполняются незамедлительно, с улыбкой. Все решается. Просто молодцы! Станка и Джури - огромное вам спасибо! И всем, кто вам помогает, конечно тоже спасибо!
Кстати, нужно было сдвинуть сроки поездки - договорились моментально. Ранний заезд - тоже решили без проблем.
4. Удобства. Все есть для длительного отдыха и на пару дней заехать. Кухня (хотелось бы микроволновку, но и без нее можно обойтись), посуда. Нормальный санузел в номере. Хорошая кровать с отличным матрасом. Жили 2 недели без бытовых проблем.
5. Хозяева всегда помогут с трансфером, подскажут по экскурсиям, найдут гида (у нас был Марко - прекрасный, культурный, интеллигентный человек. Спасибо ему отдельное!).
В итоге. Выбирайте эти аппартаменты. Точно не пожалеете.

Не плохая гостишка. Есть место для машины.внутри все было для собственной готовки. Нас встретила чудесная женщина, все показала и рассказала. Хоть мы и общались на разных языках, мы друг друга поняли :D местоположение отличное, если вам нужно сдать автомобиль и ранний автобус, станция находиться в 10 минутах не спешной ходьбы. Мы сдавали машину на автовокзале и рано утром уезжали на автобусе в другую страну. Было достаточно удобно, туда добраться из отеля.

1. Location. Priority of which. To the center on foot in a hurry 25-30. Enjoy. All along the Gulf shore. Beauty. Nearby the shop - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet. Who needs the plates and music is not here. Who needs silence and peace - choose this place.
2. Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again.
3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too!
By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems.
4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems.
5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!).
As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.

After all, it's at this price. The front desk is very warm and the service is very good. I booked a mountain view room and was given a sea view room with a balcony. I am satisfied! You can go swimming in the sea at the door of the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. There is also a dock for cruise ships. You can take a boat directly at the door of the hotel without going to the old town. Of course, if you want to go to the old town, you have to take a bus at the door. It's not that close. The breakfast is also good, but the seafood restaurant nearby directly gives English menus. It's more expensive, not quite at the level of Montenegro, maybe because this is Kotor.

HHuangchengliang AKA baifurenStayed in January 25, maybe because it was off-season, there were no people, and I didn't sleep because I was bombed by music. The clock tower rang the clock at half a point. I didn't pay attention before getting up at 7 o'clock in the morning. It may be too dead to sleep. However, the soundproofing of the room is still possible, and the bells are ignored if you don't listen carefully.
Focus on breakfast. Not a traditional buffet, but an ordering style. Each person has a hot food, a dessert, a cold drink, a hot drink, the amount is quite enough, two big ones can eat to death.
What I want to complain about is that the bathroom exhaust fan is very loud, and the sea cannot be seen on the second floor.

KKUNI have stayed in the most cost-effective room. It’s a bit unbelievable to open the door. There is a kitchen, balcony, living room and dining room for less than 100 yuan. The location is seven or eight minutes away from the station and 15 minutes away from the old city.
